Asked for a gyro sandwich not wrapped as a cone with everything pushed to the top. He told me no I don’t understand why the sandwich couldn’t have just been regular with the meat spread through out. I’ve been there a few times and the food wasn’t good but I thought I’d try something different and give it another chance. Won’t be returning. We need Greek places with better customer service in Springhill.

It’s a food truck so I don’t have a rating for the atmosphere. I really like the food. They aren’t always in chapel hill so it makes it kind of a special treat when they are here. I’ve been to them in Spring Hill also. The quality is consistently good and they are really nice people.

I asked the chef at Music City Gyros Springhill what he recommended, and he didn’t hesitate—Gyro Plate with Beef & Lamb. Let me tell you… WOW! From the perfectly seasoned rice to the creamy tzatziki (yes, that’s how you spell it ), every bite was a knockout. He shaved the meat fresh right in front of me, packed the plate with a generous portion, and had me out the door in minutes.
This isn’t just a food truck—it’s a flavor experience. If it’s not already on your go-to list, it needs to be. Top notch service, top notch food. I’ll be back, and I’m bringing friends.
