I have been going to the Starbucks for a long time now and the people working there have always been absolutely wonderful and are so sweet and efficient and can really put a smile on my face in the mornings! This morning in the drive-through, I watched a customer overreact for no reason and throw food back at the barista’s and although this person was very much in the wrong, I watched the gal at the window handle it very well and I just really want to thank you all for working hard and providing such excellent service! I am so sorry that some people treat you this way. I just want The store to know how much we appreciate you guys and are thankful for your kindness!

Drink quality has become inconsistent, with orders frequently made incorrectly. Customer service has declined significantly, and recent policies now include refusing pup cups and even water unless a purchase is made.
At Starbucks’ current price point, declining drink quality and poor customer relations make it hard to justify supporting them — especially in towns with excellent local coffee shops that prioritize community and customer experience.

Not judging the quality of employees or drinks here, but the property itself was shockingly unclean with dip pouches and cigarette butts covering the parking lot and side walk out front. Not to mention, the Starbucks corporation supports genocide in Palestine by silencing Union employee voices in support of Palestine and continuing to do business with Israel. Don’t spend your money here or at any other Starbucks. I was only here because I had an errand to run next door at UPS.

I love the atmosphere inside and I ordered a peppermint mocha and it came out fantastic. A nice place to chill out as well and relax.
I recommend getting an Iced Peppermint Mocha, it’s sweet yet rich and I’m sure you’ll enjoy it too.

Worst starbuck in my life.. I ask for little cup of water the lady name Brenda she deny.. I go this starbuck for coffee in morning and they deny to give cup of water on evening.. I will never go and I will tell my friends not to go this starbuck.. very strange!!!!!

There’s a different Starbucks less than a mile from this location and I would recommend going there. This is how full my “venti” coffee was as they handed it to me. The drinks are expensive enough, I expect to receive a “venti” when I pay for a “venti” size.

I stopped by to get the $3 coffee, and when I asked the barista if they are doing the promotion, he had no idea, and he seemed mad. So, when I got to the window, he didn’t tell me how much my bill, he just scanned my app. While I was waiting for my coffee I saw him doing something else, and he looked so upset. When someone else gave me my coffee, and I was leaving, he was closing the window, and had a really bad upset face. Dude, if your attitude will be like that, don’t even work at any store where you have to show your face and talk to people. I liked going to this location because they opened early, otherwise I will not go there if I will be treated like that.
