I placed my order for a New York style pizza, but I wanted it to square cut. I ordered a pizza at 5:22pm. I received a notification at 5:29, telling me my pizza was on the way. I thought thar was amazingly quick. I knew then that my order wasn’t going to be squared cut. I received my pizza, it was warm, but it wasn’t what I ordered. I didn’t bother to call them because I do not trust Papa John to do the right thing. Not to mention, there is some type of aftertaste. Not sure what’s it’s from, but it nasty. The rest of this pizza will not get eaten. I’ll just take a loss.

I don’t know what’s going on with this location lately, but it’s been off! I just came in to pick up an order and won’t be coming back. The manager Stephanie has also been acting strangely. what’s going on with her lately?
I’d suggest going to the Pizza Hut on Elmore Rd or the Domino’s on Hwy 64 instead, their service is actually pleasant. They should consider themselves lucky this is the only location in Bartlett, TN

The general manager at this location, Stephanie, has a very inconsistent demeanor toward certain customers. At times she she seems cold or distant, which feels unusual and concerning. I guess the franchise owners “PJ Cheese, Inc” does not look at the reviews because something is off with this place.

I think these workers need to get off their ear pieces and phones and start paying attention to customers and delivery drivers!!!
It’s incredibly unprofessional and rude when workers are more engaged in personal phone conversations, especially with earpieces, rather than focusing on their duties. This particular worker was using her personal phone with an earpiece to talk with a friend, which is completely unacceptable.
I recently saw a post where someone suggested taking pictures to address issues with this store!! Something should be done!

The people who work at Papa John’s in Bartlett, near Boost Mobile, have not been very nice to customers and delivery drivers from UberEATS or DoorDash lately.
When I visited recently, I noticed that they were being rude and making people uncomfortable. It seems like they’re upset about with a prior customer interaction before I walked in and was taking it out on me. Especially the two women in the photo posted. One even looks mad in the picture. I don’t know if any of them are in authority at this store, but it was so rude. This is making the papa johns store feel unwelcoming for both customers and delivery drivers. The corporate headquarters or someone in charge of this Papa John’s needs to address this issue promptly so that everyone can have a better experience.

The cheesyburger pizza was delicious. I was my first time trying that pizza and I loved it. The atmosphere was friendly, the service was great and the store was clean. The Bartlett location get 5 stars from me. Thank you

If is wasn’t cold and rainy this order would be going back. Nothing this bad looking should be leaving the store , this is a clear indication that the employees do not care what goes out, burnt so bad it was inedible and still cost me 6$ just to throw it out . Went as a doordasher and the tall white girl with glasses at the counter was RUDE AS HELL. Having an attitude because I forgot to bring in a pizza bag is CRAZY. A simple “can you please get your bag” would have sufficed but instead, she was VERY condescending and spoke to me as if I were a child which was unnecessary. They need to learn how to talk to people. It definitely felt racially motivated by the way she looked down on me and was dismissive of me and the interaction. She’d turned her back and walked away before I could even say anything to her. Even when she was handing me the order she held on to it tight as if I were going to steal it. I’ve NEVER felt so disrespected especially when I’m also working a job that helps them make money. This store will NEVER get a dime of my money and I’ll make sure to never accept orders from there when I dash either. Definitely spreading the word to other dashers about how they treat us. I’ve never had issues dashing there until interacting with her specifically. I should’ve gotten her name because she needs to be retrained in customer service and the way she speaks to folks.

The customer service was outstanding. I was immediately acknowledged as I walked in and was politely and cheerfully greeted. The pizza was absolutely delicious! It was hot, fresh, and almost didn’t make it home. It’s always great when any food chain can surprise you after years of being a customer. You come to expect a certain level of quality, and it’s pretty awesome when that level is exceeded. They clearly take pride in their work and customer service.
