Very disappointed with this branch. I was expecting fresh, tasty bagels based on my experience with the Lakeview branch, but that is not what I got. I ordered a blueberry bagel with plain cream cheese and a plain herb bagel. I was given cream cheese on both, which is not what I requested (and they were stingy with the cream cheese). They also toasted without asking, which makes the bagel not travel as well, and the edges also got slightly burned. Toasting is nice, but also a cover for staleness – I can toast grocery store bagels and get a similar texture to what I was given today.
The worst thing was that my blueberry bagel tasted plain, and the cream cheese tasted slightly of onion. So I basically ate an onion bagel instead of a blueberry one. I will not be back.

Great bagel shop to grab breakfast and a coffee to start your day. With the usual selection of bagels, you can’t go wrong a simple one with cheese or one as a sandwich with beacon and eggs.
They had a good selection of coffee for those who need an extra wake-up jolt. The staff was help and great with kids. Great morning, stop to start your day.

Was charged almost $8 for a cinnamon crunch bagel with cream cheese. Yes, you read that correctly. Panera down the street is half of that, and a better bagel. I try to support locally owned franchises when I can, but $8 for a bagel that’s worse than Panera is robbery. Never again.

Service was great. Food was amazing. We came for breakfast. My issue is when I ordered a bagel for $3 with the cream cheese on the side it was an additional $2.25 and butter on the side was another $1.25. That is freaking crazy.

I ordered a turkey club panini (a little over $7 and for the price, I was a bit disappointed at how small it was. However, I also ordered a chopped salad and that made up for the sandwich.
*Update 6/21/21 – ordered an Italian Trio on Asiago and a (toasted) Cheddar Herb Bagel. The sandwich was good (would order again) and my daughter enjoyed her bagel. The restaurant and it’s bathroom is ALWAYS clean and the customer service here is ALWAYS GREAT. They offer a variety of bagels and cream cheese options. The coffee station is self serve and it also offers a variety of options on coffee and they offer tamales on weekends.

Elmwood Park is not short of great sandwich joints, but this place for being a chain business is crafting sandwiches as good as any specialty place around and that is because of the staff. There are a couple ladies that make you feel like you are eating in their home kitchen , from incredible daily soups to loaded bagels they do it all right. My favorite sandwich in the entire town is the Mexican veggie wrap from this awesome spot!

For a restaurant chain I thought died in the 90s and only available at airports this place never misses , today I got the Reuben on a garlic bagel and man it was . I’ve come here a few times sense c19 and I’m glad I did this company always have consistent bagels at the locations I visit.

Bagels are some of the best I’ve ever had. The staff are very pleasant and thorough and consistent. They go that extra step. A simple example is if you get a turkey bagel they don’t just slap the meat on. They pull each piece of turkey apart before placing it carefully on the sandwich! An eye for detail!

Exactly how we remember it from when we used to go to another location. Great bagel flavor options and a fun bagel dog for our puppy!
