We were given a recommendation to dine here by our Airbnb host, and so glad we did.
Everything about Arranged Marriage was a true dining experience, the staff were amazing, both knowledgeable of the details of the many menu options and keen to cater for all of our needs.
A big shout out to Callum, from the original booking request, greeting us and waiting on us, what a character. Great sense of humor, efficient and a massive contribution to our evenings experience.
The food, fresh and delicious, we tried several dishes and all were outstanding. We asked for a container to put some leftovers in, which wasn’t a problem, and glad we did as made a wonderful breakfast.
Arranged Marriage is an asset to New Plymouth and a reason we will

If you’re wanting an authentic South Indian experience look no further. The food is second to none. We have been to Kerala and the food is very definitely authentic. Delicious and plentiful.

Ive lived in nz for 10 years and this is legit the best Indian food I’ve had here. Suspiciously good.
We were only in new plymouth for 3 nights and we came here TWICE.

My 2 weeks stay was fantastic. Good food is good mode.

I visited Arranged Marriage Restaurant in New Plymouth and ordered just one tea. Despite it being a small order, the staff were happy to serve me without hesitation. The person who served me was extremely polite and humble, which made the experience very pleasant. The ambience is lovely, and the restaurant is exceptionally clean. Overall, it’s a warm and welcoming place — definitely a must-visit in New Plymouth.

We had the deep fried Cauliflower 65 as a starter, the perfect slight crunch of cauliflower contrasted by the crunchy batter, lovely sticky tamarind sauce.
The channa masala was rich and hot was just the right level of hot, most excellent.
They are licences to serve alcohol too, if you like that kind of thing. They also have a cheaper lunch menu, but it’s already cheap enough.
