Place was super clean. Gotta come back more often!
I usually get a non-spicy chicken sandwich without pickles and with the honey roasted bbq sauce, with an occasional milkshake. It’s been consistently delicious every time. I regularly order to go, but this spot has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.
Make sure you get the app to earn points! This location is also super convenient being right near the off-ramp and on-ramp to the 10 freeway and relatively close to home.
After placing my order, he called out my name at the pickup window and handed me a bag. I had also requested two ice waters, which were not included, so I stayed at the window to make sure I received everything. I had music playing and several passengers in the car, so it was hard to hear clearly. He mumbled something and handed me another bag. Assuming it was the rest of my order (especially since I had ordered about $41 worth of food), I reached for it and then asked again about the waters.
Brian then said, “That bag is for Pauline–are you Pauline?” Obviously, I’m not, since he had already called out my name earlier and made eye contact with me. Shortly after, he handed me another bag of food. During this confusion, my car ended up stuck in park, preventing me from moving forward.
Instead of handling the situation professionally, Brian looked at his coworker and mockingly said, “Bye, Pauline!” in an attempt to rush me along. That behavior was unnecessary and unprofessional. Mistakes happen, but mocking a customer instead of taking responsibility is not acceptable.
I hope this location addresses customer service training, as this experience was very disappointing coming from Chick-fil-A.
I had their Chick-fil-A deluxe combo with large waffle fries and large sweet tea. I also ordered their new pimento spice crispy chicken sandwich. The sandwiches were both excellent and delicious.
Large waffle fries with Chick-fil-A sauce is the best and of course their sweet tea takes it all the way to the top. Overall it was an excellent lunch.
I’d definitely come back here again to try their other menu items. A solid Chick-fil-A with excellent seating room and great customer service.
I’ve been here twice so far.
Both times using their new “mobile thru” service, where you pre-order on the app, when you arrive, you drive in to a dedicated Mobile Thru line, scan a QR code posted on the display in the line, and drive up. Way faster than the regular drive thru
I ordered my food using the mobile app. I arrived at the restaurant and there was a sign for mobile orders to go through a line next to the drive thru . When I tried scanning the barcode , it was not working. So I drove up to the window and let them know my issue. I then received a notification that my order would be at the pick up area so I let them know right away.
Since the girl outside the drive thru line didn’t know what to do, she asked someone else inside the restaurant. A lady in a gray shirt came up to the window and basically just lectured me about how I should use the app when ordering. She repeated herself three times as she told me that the pick up section is inside. She must have noticed the face I made because her response was “ we will bring it out to you this time, but next time the pick up section is inside” ( ok sorry lady).
My order was not ready yet so I was told to park across and they would bring out my order to me.
When the lady who brought my order to me, I opened my car window, extended my arm to receive the food, but she held on to the bag and started lecturing me about next time picking up inside the restaurant and how to use the app properly!!!! I extended my hand out again to just get my order but she just kept talking, so I had to wait for her to finish talking for her to give me my order.
Only one girl ( the girl outside in the drive thru line) was nice and had no negative attitude. Everyone else seemed to be in a bad mood.
Before I drive off, I like to check my order . When I opened my bag, the food looked just as bad their attitude.
Instead of taking their time to lecture me, they could’ve taken the time to make the food look presentable . Whatever the case, I don’t think they noticed the container was opened and some of the food has spilled out.
Instant regret coming here for lunch .
IT WAS DEFINITELY NOT MY PLEASURE.
