It was such a pleasant surprise to meet Chirag Patil, someone I’ve known from my college days. Seeing him build and run such a wonderful Indian restaurant in Phuket is truly inspiring. He is extremely down-to-earth, humble, and welcoming, and personally ensures that every guest feels comfortable.
The food was absolutely amazing-authentic Indian flavors, rich taste, and perfect spices. All of us loved the food so much, which says a lot. Finding Indian food that satisfies the entire family abroad is rare, and Agri Tadka nailed it perfectly.
The staff is polite, attentive, and very friendly, making the overall dining experience smooth and enjoyable. The place has a warm vibe that instantly makes you feel at home, even when you’re thousands of kilometers away from India.
If you’re in Phuket and craving authentic Indian food with great hospitality, Agri Tadka is a must-visit. Highly recommended!
Thank you Patil saheb for everything.
The food was very tasty, fresh, and perfectly cooked with authentic Indian flavors. Every dish reminded us of Indian homemade food.
The staff was very polite and respectful, and the owner Chirag Patil personally spoke to us and made sure everything was comfortable. Such a kind and humble person.
We truly enjoyed our meal and would definitely recommend Agri Tadka to all Indian families visiting Phuket.
From the moment I walked in, the warm and cozy ambience made me feel at home. The staff was incredibly polite, attentive and what pleasantly surprised me that they could speak fluent Marathi, Hindi and English! It instantly created a homely connection.
Talking about the food, it was absolute soul food! Every dish felt like it was made with love and authenticity. The flavours were just perfect. comforting, nostalgic and deeply satisfying. I couldn’t believe I was eating such fresh and homestyle Indian food in Thailand!
One of the most heartwarming moments when it started raining and the staff went out of their way to serve us kanda bhaji and vadapav. Can you imagine having piping hot Mumbai-style snacks in a little corner of Phuket? It made me so, so happy. And don’t even get me started on their pani puri. Fresh ,tangy and delicious!
Their regular vegetarian meals were wholesome and for non-veg lovers, it’s nothing short of paradise. From fresh chicken to seafood, everything was cooked to perfection. The care and warmth with which they serve made it impossible for me to dine anywhere else. I ended up spending 5 days of my trip eating only at this restaurant without a single regret.
If I could, I’d give this place 100 out of 5 stars for the food, the people and the unforgettable experience. Thank you, Aagri Tadaka for being a home away from home. You have became the highlight of this trip.
Our family especially recommends the Prawn & Chicken 65, the Prawn Sizzling, and the Gulab Jamun – absolutely delicious. Honestly, everything we tried was full of flavor and perfectly prepared.
During most of our visits, we were looked after by a very friendly staff member who shared helpful recommendations for activities around Phuket and was genuinely kind and caring. On our last day, we also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was equally warm and welcoming.
The team even organized a cake for my mom’s birthday and surprised us, which made the evening unforgettable.
Amazing food, wonderful people, and great hospitality. Highly recommended!
The menu is very varied and there is a large selection of vegetarian, vegan and meat dishes.
There are many Indian starters, various curries and, of course, tandoor dishes, delicious breads and desserts.
We have often been to various Indian restaurants (around the world) and are therefore familiar with many of the dishes. But here we were surprised and found some things we hadn’t tried before.
The “Veg Crispy” and a starter “hara Bhara kebab” (vegetable salad made from spinach, potatoes, peas, coriander and spices) were particularly delicious. The hara bhara kebab was the most delicious starter we have ever tasted in an Indian restaurant.
Another plus point: all our dishes could also be made vegan on request. Due to a food intolerance, I am dependent on a vegan diet as I would otherwise have health problems and I can only confirm that everything here really was prepared vegan! Therefore, a clear recommendation for all those who are looking for and love vegan, super tasty and authentic Indian food.
Unfortunately, it is a little more expensive than perhaps other Indian restaurants in Phuket, but it was super tasty and vegan too.
The staff are also very friendly and as soon as you enter the restaurant you are immersed in Indian flair. It smells typically Indian and you feel welcome.
I can therefore only recommend the Aagri Tadaka!
The owners also suggested that we carry parathas for our Phi Phi Island tour, which turned out to be the best decision, as we couldn’t eat the lunch provided in the tour package due to its taste.
The owners were extremely helpful, they even prepared Maggi that we had carried from India, and didn’t charge us a single penny for it.
We were shopping at The Foreigners Market next door.
Dropped in for lunch.
First impression of menu was fantastic layout.
The young lady that served us was very friendly and helpful
As a Vegetarian I didn’t have to search for my options.
Menu shows clearly one side veggies and the other side meaty choices.
We were asked if there was any changes to ingredients. i.e how hot
Our meal was a tuna salad, samosas, aloo curry with – a paratha, we had to reorder because it looked so good my husband took it!
So tasty we did a takeaway for our family.
It’s about 15 minutes away from Robinson Lifestyle.
