I’m not sure what manager I spoke with tonight but I had called after receiving the wrong pizza. I actually made a mistake on the app and put bbq instead of pizza sauce. They made me another pizza and didn’t charge me for it. I sincerely appreciate that as it was no one’s fault of my own. I was going to order another and pay for another. I haven’t had customer service like that in a long time.

I ordered a pizza and boneless wings with a coupon that was supposed to make my order about $12, an of course the final cost was $24.
My order was delivered by door dash an the driver got a tip from me.
Sadly the pizza didn’t have enough cheese or sauce on it, an the peppers were old an stringy. The chicken didn’t have enough sauce to even cover it all, an the pieces were cold… final straw is coming Here an seeing the images of cock roaches from 3 months ago, taken by a employee. I won’t be ordering from here again, ever.

I dont know what happened to papa John’s I haven’t had it in years but I’ve never had pizza so bad I just opted to eat the crust and throw the rest away. The cheese isn’t cheese I refuse to believe it lol. The fake steak must have been made in a lab by ants. They cut so many corners when it comes to quality they have a full circle.

Probably not gonna order from here ever again. I’m not entirely sure how this was completely missed but I put an order in for garlic parmesan bread sticks to go along with my pizza. I picked my order up and drove home only to open the breadsticks box and find out that they were completely plain. Not any kind of seasoning on them whatsoever. Just plain regular breadsticks. Like I said not sure how it was missed, especially when the lady who grabbed my food opened the boxes to check them! Now I can see why this place has 3 stars overall.

Usually they are good with orders and fairly quick. I ordered a pizza with alfredo sauce, clearly on the box, they sent a pizza with red sauce after taking almost an hour. Not only do they make the worst red sauce, I struggle with red sauce due to my Crohns, hence why I always order with alfredo. I was hungry and couldn’t wait another hour for a new pizza to be made, so I ate it.

I visited the store at 9:29 PM on Monday, April 4, 2025, and had a frustrating experience. The night manager on duty refused to acknowledge my presence, did not provide her name, and took an excessively long time to assist me with picking up my prepaid online order. While I waited for my pizza, she informed me that they were busy labeling the pizza boxes, which led to my pizza becoming cold. Due to this extremely poor customer service, I am requesting a full refund.
