I’ve been a loyal customer for well over five years (maybe close to ten with how fast time flies) and the whole team at Pizza Hut never fails to be kind, patient and friendly. Their service is phenomenal, and I’m a particular fan of their convenient drive through window for carry-out. Every one of them has always called me “Miss [First name]” when I pull up and it warms my shy little Southern Heart every time.
I had an issue with ordering something wrong via the app once (probably a user error) and when I arrived to pick up my order, they were very kind and allowed me to adjust what I truly wanted effortlessly.
My roommate and I have never had a bad order, the food is always hot and what we’ve wanted and pick up times have always been swift. We’ve made and will continue to make this Pizza Hut our regular pizza stop!!

I ordered my pizza at around 6:15 pm..I still haven’t received it. It was supposed to be delivered around 7:03pm never received it. Got an update for it to be delivered at 7:47 it still isn’t here and the kids are now in bed. I am very upset! I will not be ordering from this location again!

This place is horrible!! You can’t get anyone to answer the phone! I ordered pizza on the app, I am 6 minutes away – the person delivering was right by me according to the app and it showed my delivery was 2 minutes away, then the driver ended up 44 minutes away – I call the number and it goes to a call center and they said they were unable to get anyone at the store to answer and that a regional mgr was supposed to call me. No call. No pizza. I am still trying to get a refund on the pizza I NEVER received! Horrible!!

I never leave reviews but, now if I could leave a negative review I would. This location always messes up my order always delivers it at the wrong time no matter how often I tell him to fix it. Sometimes the wrong location.
You try to call them and they purposely ignore the calls never answering. The calls go directly to a call center who is no help to fix any orders because they said the store needs to fix it in the store never answers. If you wanna be frustrated continue to order, because not even corporate is any help.
Update: my order was delivered with open boxes! Now I don’t even know if it’s safe to consume. Ridiculous.
