Just an incredible place to have dinner. Authentic Italian produced by the wonderful Diego. We were there on a slow night and had a fabulous time chatting with Diego and Amy. They have a really nice wine list, excellent food and dessert. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Absolutely THE BEST authentic Italian restaurant I have ever been to. And it’s out in the middle of nowhere! Love this place. Yes it’s expensive, yes u get smaller portions because it’s authentic to their portion sizes. It’s worth it. Get the spaghetti and the special margarita and you’ll be pleasantly surprised just how good it is and how perfect everything is cooked and prepared. We spent 100 on just the two of us but let me tell you, We keep coming back.

WOW!!! What an amazing culinary experience tucked away in Yuma Colorado! Trattoria Rossi restaurant should be on everyone’s list of places to go when traveling through Colorado. The restaurant is beautiful and Owner/Chef, Diego, is an absolute treasure! He personally creates some of the most flavorful and authentic Italian dishes we have ever had. The Spaghetti with Swordfish and Pasta with Sausage/Mushroom Cream Sauce were divine! This was the highlight of our road trip!
