The lobster bisque soup is ok, but too watery, and not its ORIGINAL Semi thick consistency. This is what happens when imo the owners at that location has sold the business to people who have no clue about soup. They cant tell you anything about whats in the soup. Also, it use to be where you could by a small soup,but there’s no sign saying that small soup can only be purchased with another item like salad or soup, but not individually. Again, walking out the door. Some money is better than NO Sell. Smh.

Only 5 available soups at 4pm on a Sunday. I had the chicken pot pie soup. $10 for a bowl and it really had no flavor. I remember when their soups were delicious and you had a choice of about 12 different kinds. I was very disappointed and probably will not go back.

Brought my 91 year old Dad in for lunch. We love the lobster bisque. It was as good as always. We tried the toasted ham and cheese maple bacon sandwich. Very good. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Great place. Great food.

Had a wonderful experience at Zoup! I enjoyed the delicious flats and soup — the Cali Chicken was my favorite. A special shoutout to the young lady who served me; she was super polite, friendly, and made my visit even better with her great attitude and smile. Kudos to her and the whole team for such excellent service!

I forgot not to come in here. I haven’t been in here in a few years, but since the ownership has changed, it seems that it’s all about Greed. You have to get the pick two even if you really don’t want it so you can’t just come and get one cup of soup how you used to be able to you have to get a soup or a sandwich or two soups and two soups came up to almost $15 which is really ridiculous and I’m on a crunch for time so I had to grab something to eat and go so I got an extra soup for my daughter, but I just want to get a cup of soup and be on my way and they aren’t very friendly. I’m not sure what’s going on with that but the manager I guess she was kind of checking everything the cashier was doing they all look like they’re in the same family but she said are you taking it to go or are you dining in? I was taking it to go, but if I would’ve said dining and they probably would’ve charged me an extra two dollars it’s just a rip off and I wouldn’t recommend going. The soup is good but if you are looking to have more than one cup of soup or you want more than one cup of soup, then fine but you can’t just come in get an individual serving and pay a reasonable price. That’s not gonna happen. Very misleading

I ordered two soup flights. We got sauce cups as the soup flights. $16 for this is an absolute ripoff. I also got a salad, paid for an extra vinaigrette and they didn’t give it to me.

Very poor customer service here. Employee don’t speak English so very hard to communicate with them. I ordered three pack of soup for $9.00 and got three 2oz portion cups only one spoon? They are extremely slow getting food out at lunch time . With potbelly and Slyman next door you have e good options. This place needs a good general manager who can fix issues – looks like leadership is lacking here from the people in charge?
