I visited this Papa John’s on Tuesday at 8:00 PM, and I had a great experience.
The Grand Papa Pizza was excellent. I really liked how it was prepared; the cheese and all the toppings were spread out perfectly across the whole pizza. Every bite was delicious.
I also want to thank the General Manager. He was very nice and helpful while I was there.

We ordered two large NY-style pizzas, and they were both amazing. The toppings were fresh, and we really enjoyed the pizza. We’d love to come back again.

I had a very bad experience at this Papa John’s location on Wednesday around 11:00 Am. I went inside to place an order and waited about 15 minutes, but no one came to take my order, even though I saw an employee inside.
When I decided to leave, the employee suddenly came from the back and asked how he could help, but by then I had already waited too long.
What really concerned me is that I saw the same employee earlier around 3:00 AM behind the store drinking with a woman, with the back door open while the store was closed. I have seen this guy many times doing the same thing there. I believe he is sleeping in store This behavior is very unprofessional and raises serious concerns about how this location is managed.
Overall, this was bad customer service and poor professionalism. Next time, I will contact Papa John’s corporate.

The kitchen is clean and fast service but the cashiers doesn’t smiling anytime . I always buy 2 pizza with 2 topping $13.98 and no tips , also you can try jalapeño 4 cheese and red onions without pizza souce , lol

I don’t know what’s going on with this Papa John’s location, but they must be on a mission to set a world record for the fewest toppings on a pizza.
I’ve had Papa John’s from other locations, and they actually put toppings on their pizzas and the pizza are so much tastier, so I know it’s not the company—it’s just this place skimping on quality.
If you’re in the Jersey City area, save yourself the disappointment and order from literally any other pizza place. There are so many better options.

Ordered pizza for delivery Monday night around 7pm. Delivery was very prompt, actually earlier than planned, service was very good, prices were good for 2 medium pizzas, and they tasted great!

dont buy it, they make the papa dias differently every time, first time i ordered it so delicious , but the quality is getting worse and worse. waste of time and money. There is one person in the store, he is so rude, and says what u want to the customer, no manner at all.

I told her not to put sauce. but I don’t know what’s the problem she put sauces, I asked without sauce because I have stomach problem. sometimes you have to listen to the customers’ instructions.
