Stopped here on the way home. This location has a drive-thru. Clean inside with friendly staff. It hit the spot on a cold morning. What made It better was that it was free because of accrued points. I would suggest signing up for the rewards program.

FIVE STARS ISN’T ENOUGH — for the Bethel, Ct Dunkin Donuts Team!!
I want to publicly recognize the extraordinary compassion, humanity and professionalism shown by Bruno and the entire Dunkin Donut’s team after my 98 year old father took a horrible fall in freezing 10 degree weather.
From the very first moment, the team acted with urgency, calm and genuine care. They immediately called 911, clearly relayed emergency instructions, and stayed with us every step of the way. They brought ice, towels to control bleeding, and a jacket to keep him warm in the brutal cold.
In a frightening and stressful moment, they brought reassurance, kindness and genuine comfort. Their quick thinking and empathy made a meaningful difference in his care and our peace of mind.
I’d be neglectful if I didn’t thank the Bethel Police Department and Emergency Responders for the rapid response and incredibly effective care. Together with the DD team, my dad was well on the way to recovery just moments after a horrific spill.

This Dunkin just underwent a renovation. Well I had very bad service there this morning. I could barely hear the person taking the order, odd since it’s a brand new renovated Dunkin only open less than 2 weeks since reno. I ordered a medium latte and a bottle of water. Got to the window the guy asked if I was the latte, I said yes. They bring me a large latte. I said I ordered a medium latte and a bottle of water. They said he charged you for a large latte and no water. Bottom line, I took the large and said forget the water since I hadn’t been charged for it. Drove away, decided to check the cup. Large size cup only filled 2/3! So essentially they charged me for a large latte but gave me probably a medium sized latte in the large cup! They seriously need to get their act together! Service used to be way better there!

I am a regular at this store and I always have to witness how rude the store manager is to her employees. Being rude to customers is one thing but treating your employees bad who are the ones keeping the store running is another. This Dunkin’ location would be so much better if it weren’t for the manager. Instead of leading by example, she treats them with zero respect. A good manager should motivate and help their staff, but she does the opposite. It makes the atmosphere uncomfortable for both workers and customers. Dunkin’ deserves better leadership than this.
I’ve witnessed this behavior 3 times now, is sad!

When they need to brew a pot of coffee they don’t wait for it to finish they just give you the sludge that first come out when brewing.
I always have to tell them to wait for it to stop but sometimes like today I don’t and I get sludge coffee

I placed a drive thru mobile order for a coffee, a specialty donut, munchkins and a croissant with butter. When I pulled up to the window I was handed the coffee but nothing else. The employee turned around and started messing with the 2 other employees working until one noticed I was still sitting there. The guy came back and asked if i was missing anything, i told him yes, all my food and listed what was missing. He went back, presumably to grab the rest of my order when the other employee came and told me that they did not have the donut i ordered, so i asked him for the other specialty donut and he stuttered as if he didnt know what to say. the original employee came back and told me that they were all out all specialty donuts, munchkins and croissants but said he could get me something else. I asked if he could just refund me since they didn’t have anything I wanted. I was told I had to do that on the app bc they couldnt do it in their system but when i asked how i got an “i dont know”. Crazy bc Starbucks has no problems processing refunds if they don’t have an item you mobile ordered
I ended up pulling away and contacting dunkins customer service but I am still awaiting a response or even a refund. If I decide to go to a Dunkin again it definitely won’t be this one and it probably won’t be a mobile order because of this headache.

They raised the price of a medium hot tea fro $2.69 to $3.49!!! I understand coffee prices increasing but this is a ripoff for tea.
