Something is definitely different about this Smoothie King — in the best way! The store is exceptionally clean, the staff were super friendly, and the service was quick and professional. I tried the avocado toast for the first time and absolutely loved it — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. You can really tell there’s pride in how this location is run. Highly recommend stopping by!

First time customer. I didn’t much care for the smoothie I got, but that’s on me. Should have looked at the ingredients instead of choosing by name. I know I don’t like chocolate in smoothies, I just didn’t expect the Keto Berry to have cocoa added. Service was friendly, seating was comfortable, and customers were greeted kindly. Can’t complain!

I love Smoothie King but this location is notorious for only having one person staffed on the weekends. I ordered online to avoid this issue and still waited 30 mins when I arrived. This has happened twice now at this location.

First time having Smoothie King. Kind of disappointed. My smoothie had a curly brown hair in it and a little piece of green plastic. I only found it after I drank the smoothie and felt two weird objects in my mouth. Not sure what else was in my smoothie now. Just gonna make my own smoothies at home going forward . The girl in the store was nice though at least.

I called in and spoke with Katrina to place an order for 16 smoothies. The first smoothie king I called was short staffed and could not handle this order. Not only did Katrina at the Kirkwood location take my order with joy over the phone, but I noticed, as I arrived to pick up the smoothies, that she was the only one in the store handling everything on her own…And doing so with an attitude that makes customers take notice! I’m sure this is feedback that you have heard before about this incredible employee, but wanted to take a moment to highlight the impact she made on my day and her caring way to do her job and do it well With a smile. She even rinsed off the fruit before she put it in the bowl! Katrina, you are special.
