Stopped at Hardee’s during my drive, and the experience was solid for a quick meal. The food came out hot and fresh, and the staff worked fast even with a steady flow of customers. I don’t know when these fries were made, but it wasn’t in the last 60 minutes, guaran-damn-tee. $15 for trash after a long day’s drive.

This place is terrible. The cashier took a phone call while taking care of us… he just walked away. He didn’t even acknowledge us- no emotions. The food was Lukewarm – I only had 3 pieces of mushroom on my burger. Very bad experience… not what Hardee’s expects from their employees.

I’m all standing in front of Marco’s Pizza, so I asked a girl at Hardee’s if they’re open still and she said yes another 30 minutes and she doesn’t even offer to go get, anybody. So, then I say well I guess no one’s working huh, she goes well give me a second I’ll go get someone, no you should have offered to do that when I asked you. If they were open and you knew I was standing over there, forever, why didn’t you already offer. I’m glad this rest area appreciates a truckers time and business.

Arrived at Hardee’s at 8:30…with menu board off and grills being cleaned. When asked if they were open, they said no…but offered a curtesy drink. Their posted hours are 9pm.
