This store has completely gone the drain sense there last manger. Danielle was the best manager that had this operation she ran it correctly and made sure to make her customers happy and have the keep coming back.
I visited this store on Friday may 9th for some loaded hashbrowns with extra queso I didn’t get even the slightest extra queso very disappointed. Then may 10th I went with my family I ordered a refresher said I want sparking water on the ticket on cup it said sparkling water and green tea and I got green tea. My snacking bacon I got wasn’t even cooked at all I know it’s pre cooked stuff but it just wasn’t how it normally is rubber looking and then I had loaded hashbrowns the bacon on top was so rubber tasting and looking and way to much the whole top of it was filled with bacon.
Very disappointing and how sad the management team isn’t trying to fix anything or follow the Dunkin way.
Also can’t call the store the phone line is disconnected it says that’s another problem mangement should be checking out

This is the first time I have ever been to this location.
As I walking into the building I noticed how clean the area was and kept clean of snow. Great job for the workers doing a great job working for the owners of this strip mall.
I walk into a newer style building and it was very clean and organized.
As I walk up to the counter, I noticed how clean it was with no junk on it.
The person who took my order had a good smile, very polite and said hello my I help you.
I’m pleased with how fast my order was filled.
When I brought my order home, it was a good as any D&D locations and took care of my coffee fix.
Great job to all the employees for taking care of my needs.

Not sure if this was just an off day but this location is much different from how it used to be. Trash cans were overflowing and the bathrooms didn’t look like they had been cleaned in over a month. Employees didn’t seem too professional or attentive either.

Wonderful place to be ! Would not expect such a change from this establishment. New faces and smiles every time I walk in. The team they have here are great individuals. One of the best Dunkin’s I go to everyday on my way to work!

Workers seem to not care about the customers. Took almost 20 min just to get to the window with less than 5 cars ahead of me. I would try a different location for better service. Worst dunkin I’ve been to so far this year.
