Ordered on the app because I frequent Sonic at a different location. Never have a problem. Waited 45 minutes for a small order. When it finally did show up half was missing and the drinks spilled immediately after handing them to me. Carhop offered to get me new ones…. waited another 10 minutes and then decided to cut my losses. Wishing I could get my $20 back because that was the WORST experience I have ever had. My suggestion…. go ANYWHERE else for food.

There food is always hot and really good and the service is great but I always wait forever to get my food. I waited 20 minutes just for a chicken sandwich and cheese sticks. Its a little ridiculous but still good food

The last handful of times we’ve gone we left without getting anything. We always end up sitting and waiting for 15-20 minutes and no one takes our order. Either no response at all or a “we’ll be with you as soon as we can” and then another 10 minutes ticks by. I get it if they are busy, but a little communication goes a long way.

I’m loyal to this place because everything else in this area is kinda gross. The staff is awesome, sometimes the wait is a bit long but everything is always correct and hot, so i absolutely can’t complain about the wait, especially with staffing issues everywhere is having. Normally I wouldn’t go out of my way to write a review, but today, FIVE WHOLE CHERRIES IN MY LIMEADE? HELL YEA. credit is due.

Went for breakfast. Food came out in a timely manner. Staff was super nice. But there was a dead nat on the bun of my sandwich. I understand it’s that time of year and in the restaurant business that it happens. But inspect your product before selling it.

Twice now I’ve ordered off the app and went to pick it up only to get home and find that I have received the wrong burgers. I’m not sure why this is happening. Today when we picked up the correct burgers after driving back out they were a mess and one of them was upside down in the cardboard box it came in. I think I’ll just go to radford now when I want sonic.

They were out of M&Ms, Oreos, cheesecake, large cups, some order machines don’t work and the credit card readers are broken. They also forgot about us for 30 minutes after we ordered. They did refund our shakes to make up for it though.
