I ordered two medium fresh garnished pizzas. The menu said it was $15 each, but they charged me $40. I definitely don’t understand why they charged me so much for a normal, plain pizza with nothing extra, not even cheese on the crust.

I really wanted to eat pizza and since I never tasted Papa John’s Pizza, I wanted to give it a try. I ordered online for pickup. My online ordering experience was excellent, there was even a deal : a large pizza with two toppings and brownies for 15$ ( without taxes ) , so I took it. The pizza was ready after 25 mins exactly the time that they set. They sent me a text message as soon as it was done and I went to pick up. Back home, I wasn’t disappointed at all while eating the pizza. It was delicious! The garlic sauce given with the pizza was so tasty and the brownies was divine. Overall I really enjoyed and I recommend it to each and every person who want to eat a great pizza.

Looking for late night pizza-food for a snack, and tried Papa John’s for the first time. It was a pick-up order; excellent, friendly customer service. We ordered the BBQ Wings, which had no crunch to them, and were drowned in sauce. We’ve had better, and worse. Next was the Meat Trio Papabowl. This was basically all the toppings of a loaded pizza, without the crust. It was served in what looked like a microwave bowl, they pulled the plastic top off and microwaved – and that’s what it tasted like. Last, was the Philly Cheesesteak Papadia. My husband said it was basically all peppers and onions, no meat or cheese. Nothing left us wanting to return, and definitely sorry we ate it so late at night.

Disrespectful, rude, unprofessional, and unsanitary. I witnessed one of the guys smoking outside, went inside, and started making pizzas without washing his hands. They treat the delivery drivers as if they were their employees, telling them to complete an order as if they had to. They need to put their attitudes in check!

I was overly polite because I knew I had a complaint. Didn’t matter, the man working there (Raj) was nasty from the get go. Even after I showed him what I received and that it wasn’t inline with previously purchased items (I’ve had Papadias from there before) nor the item’s description, namely “…extra pepperoni and extra cheese. The toppings are spread all the way to the edge…” for the XL Shaq-a-Roni pie. He said he didn’t know who made them and offered to make them again but, I asked and he said “they won’t be any different”. He then offered a 20oz soda. I politely refused it, walked to my vehicle and realized I’d be crazy to pay for this. I brought it back inside and he angrily gave me a refund. I was looking at my phone, for my banking app to note the refund when he asked what I was waiting for, “you’ve got your refund”. It wasn’t so much even the disappointing food, it was his attitude that really made me unhappy. This is what I get for patronizing a chain when there’s so many great mom & pop pizza parlors on Long Island. Of the six photos, the last two are mine taken at their counter. The other four I found on the web showing others experiences with the same items, all photo rights remain with their respective holders (no watermarks were removed nor modified).

This is how I received my order I’m so disgusted. I’m assuming my food was drop cause wings were missing an had multiple hairs on it!!! Box was ripped never again !!!!!! Also ice cold which is not surprising!

Ordered a stuffed crust cheese pizza from here and received a regular pizza covered in sausage and mushrooms. I am allergic to mushrooms. I called them, crying because I’m pregnant and hungry and allergic to what they sent me, and was told I was speaking to their “superior” who screamed at me on the phone and told me he never makes mistakes and it must’ve been the delivery guys fault. I explained to him the label on the pizza box is right, but they put the wrong pizza in it. He screamed at me, Yelling over me and not letting me get any words in, belittled me, and hung up on me saying it wasn’t his problem because he doesn’t make mistakes.
