ALL of their rolls come with 1 or all of the 3 trashy cheap junk meats:
1. imitation crab salad (they don’t even say it’s imitation
2. eel (trash)
3. spicy tuna
And it’s mostly rice and cheap filler, not meat.

Great atmosphere, not the cheapest sushi I’ve ever had but certainly some of the best quality. Great drink menu and well made. Plenty of food selection as well. Clean bathrooms and even when moderately busy the wait times were unexpectedly reasonable. Very friendly service. Would absolutely come back here.

Very average. Wife’s food was almost cold. Brown broth for wonton soup-have not seen that before. Nothing was fresh, even rice was soggy. No fortune cookies. Not a good sign. There are better options in town.

The Edamame appetizer was lightly salted, vegetable fried roll was crispy and came with red sauce, and Buddha Plus Sesame Tofu meal with white rice was just enough for 2 to split! Very chill atmosphere with a large selection of sushi. Casual Japanese food at a decent price!

Stopped in to grab lunch. I was in town for a conference and wanted to try all the local spots. This spot did not disappoint. The rolls looked like they were rollled to order in the back. Everything tasted really fresh. If you’re looking for some good sushi in the middle of the desert, then this is your spot. I had the Red Bowl and the California rolls and they were awesome! Will come back again when I’m in town.

All I can say is *Wow*
Had the *All You Can Eat Sushi* at the sushi bar, the chefs were AWESOME and took excellent care of us, fresh fresh fresh fish and everything was delicious. Only one disappointment: they didn’t have Ikura,(salmon roe) which was the reason I chose to eat there. No problem, I’ll just have to come again soon and hope it comes in!

I have been to this restaurant more times than any other in California since 2012.
The food here is delicious and out of all the places I eat this is my favorite. I live two hours away and every time I come to town I eat here. If I was here more than a short day at a time I would eat here, have food at Casey’s BBQ and return to XinBowl for more.
Jasmine is fantastic over the years as I have a shellfish allergy but I never worry when I eat here. Tracy is an outstanding bartender and makes the best Soju.

Very tasty great Asian cuisine in Ridgecrest. The sushi is very flavorful and they have a huge menu so you can try multiple things. Also for $30 you can have their all you can eat menu. Would highly recommend checking them out if ever in the area if your craving sushi and rice dishes.
