What a terrible experience from A to Z. I’ve ordered from this place a few times and they typically have really good pizza…

This time we had to pull a pile of cheese off each piece (see pics) which also makes the crust super soggy…every piece just falls apart. Gross.

It’s all good, mistakes happen, but when I called and talked to the manager, she was extremely rude, condescending, and constantly interrupting me, without letting me explain, yelling at the kitchen in the background every time I talked, and when finally asked what they wanted me to do, I said:

Please remake the pizza and deliver it, and she said we can’t do that.

I said OK refund my money, she said we can’t do that.

I’m like OK.

What can you do?

I now have $20 credit, which I appreciate, but it was given out of spite, not authentic,
common sense customer service.

If I owned this place, this employee would immediately be fired based on how I was treated.

The fact you defended this employee in your reply below is pathetic, and you’re blatantly lying.

She was rude, unfriendly, unprofessional and specifically said they could NOT deliver after remaking.

I specifically asked for a manager why didn’t you get on the phone? Because you’re not being honest, that’s why.

I could care less about her age, you guys have no clue how to take care of customers and will never get another dollar of my money. Especially when you lie to defend your mistakes.

Ordered a couple weeks ago a veggie pizza thinking going to have a great dinner. When I bit in to my pizza under my cheese it was all dough and still raw. I called they were nice about it and credited us another pizza . So today decided it was time for my free pizza to have the same issue . Called to not complain but to tell them they need to cook their pizzas longer. The person I spoke to said they cook the pizza for the same amount time all the time for each size of pizza. So just beware to look under cheese to make sure your not eating raw dough.

Do not order towards the end of the day. The pizza was made out of spite and had onions DUMPED ON HALF. I asked for no mushrooms due to a food allergy….mushrooms were on the pizza. Never again.

Placed an online order for delivery at 5:30pm. At 7:15 the pizza still hadn’t arrived so I called and was told that it was on its way out the door and would arrive in 20 minutes (I live 2 miles away). At 8:30 the pizza still hadn’t arrived so I called again, and after being hung up on/placed on hold multiple times, I finally spoke to someone who said that it was on its way, but the driver had to go to Northville first (what?), so I asked for a refund and moved on. The pizza is decent, but it’s not worth the hassle.

I love this place for parties because it’s always a hit.

My usual local go-to, I used to love this place. My last two orders were incorrect. I asked no mushroom and the pizza had mushrooms. I call back to fix the order, and the subsequent pizza still had mushrooms.

Inside I saw all teenagers working, no management was visible. Seemed like a prank or something.

I ordered takeout online a few months ago and it said they were too busy to fulfill the order. It happened two times. So I didn’t order for a couple of months. I thought I would order takeout tonight. Ordered some chicken wings, jalapeno poppers and dessert. The order said accepted then immediately said it was declined because they were too busy to fulfill the order. I had ordered 2 hours ahead of time and was picking up. The charge went through on my credit card although it did disappear after a couple of hours. Don’t know why they couldn’t have said they were too busy before I went through entering everything into the order, entering my credit card info, answering a tip etc etc. since this is the third time that I’ve had issues trying to order takeout I guess I will go somewhere else.

I Ordered a pizza on 10/09/2025 at 8:21pm they asked me if I wanted pickup or delivery.

I answered delivery please since I had my 2 kids it was easier to get a delivery

They took my info I ordered 1 large chicken bacon ranch pizza

They never showed up, they never called but my card was charged and I even tipped on the order.

I call in today on 10/10/2025 at 6:29 pm and I’m told the “boss” is not in I asked when he will be in they said “ i don’t know he’s busy” then told me they are busy and let me go with no resolution I even asked if they could just bring the pizza today they wouldn’t do that or refund me….

Now I am on hold with the Huntington fraud department…… I have never ordered food here before and this is a very disappointing experience….
