I live close by and can’t figure out why I haven’t tried the “Eats” for carryout at the least. The service was great and the food was FANTASTIC!! Great portions and some of the best of the west! Plan on dining in this summer on the patio. Little loud inside but great TV’s. Most popular restaurants are a bit on loud side

I was really excited to check out a new spot on the west side, but unfortunately my first visit was disappointing. We didn’t even get a chance to eat because we were never acknowledged—after sitting for about 15 minutes without anyone stopping by, we decided to leave. On the way out, we noticed several tables that had arrived after us already being served, so it seems we were simply forgotten.

That being said, the atmosphere is wonderful, especially the outdoor seating area—definitely a great vibe. I do plan to come back and give it another try, but it was a letdown for a first impression.

Im going to be honest a fully enjoyable experience for me is a true rarity for me. Working in customer service and service industries my whole life I have expectations. This place was the first place in over five years that went above and beyond my expectations. The food… All of it I tried a bite of everyone’s because I am picky was wonderful! There was flavor, seasoning and nothing was dry! We ordered fish, pork, chicken and burgers along with a few Apps. Everything was good and I wish I could digress to you how much I’m usually unhappy with food but I keep my disappointment at the table. I had to leave a review because not only was the food amazing but the service was wonderful and everyone was so accommodating! Our two outside bartenders were wonderful a younger guy and girl. So friendly and present and then there was family feud trivia. We stayed two hours long than intended. What a wonderful evening we had of cornhole, trivia, food and drinks. Thank you so much for the experience. We will be back!

Our first experience was a total bust, but we thought we would give this place another try and SO HAPPY we did! Our server was Nicole. She greeted us with such a warm smile and a nice welcome that made me feel confident our experience was going to be much better this time, and it was! Despite being busy Nicole engaged in small talk with us, never made us feel rushed, always made sure our drinks were full & even gave me a recommendation on the Silver Ladle salad (which was amazing)! I’m a firm believer every person/place deserves a second chance and so glad we came back!!! We will definitely be back soon!!

The engagement with the staff we had from the moment we walked in, to the moment we walked out was terrible!
From the hostesses attitude to the waitress that NEVER showed up to our table the whole experience was awful!
The moment we walked in the shitty service began. They literally argued with us when we asked for more than one menu ( there were 3 of us) they said they couldn’t give us more than one because they had to give them to the larger parties, then after sitting there for well over 25 minutes just waiting to have our drink order taken while watching everyone that came in after us get their orders for food taken was very off putting. When we requested to have a waitress to come take our food order we were met with a glare and that waitress just walked away without any kind of a response or apology for the wait. Eventually our waitress did show up, she glared at us as well as she walked past our table to go to the hostess area, the waitress conversed with her who then pointed at us and said ” them”.
It was at that point we looked at each other and walked out. We went to Rons Roost. A WELL established West Side staple who knows how to do it right and treat their customers. And….the atmosphere at Rons is soo much nicer. Cinful Eats was cold and unwelcoming.
This establishment was a one and done for me (and my dinner companions) we will never be back in that place and certainly will not be recommending to anyone.
My only recommendation for this place would be to train your staff about good customer service (and get MORE menus, you clearly need them) or you won’t be around for very long on the West side. (doesnt matter who owns the establishment!) Good luck with that.

We’ve been there twice, both times in the evening for dinner. First time with party of three, last time party of seven, both times dinning inside. (too hot for us to eat outside)

Like what they’ve done with the place, very nice. Food and service is good.

My (our) only complaint is the sound. You can’t ear people talking at your own table and you feel like you’re yelling so you can hear each other. May have to go at a less busier time, maybe it would be different, but we won’t go back during prime time again.

Need to put up some kind of acoustic deadening material in ceiling area and/or walls. Think this would help.

Noisy, typical bar food, mixed drinks in plastic cups, waitress said no tables available yet next to her was an open table which we sat at. Ran out of menus,
Side salads are a value at $5

Pepsi products – why? 99% of restaurants have Coke products and the iced tea is powdered tea.

Food- Firecracker chicken- served on one of the smallest plates and soupy sauce, the chicken was a piece of breaded chicken

Italian sub – here again the mozzarella cheese was breaded , the red sauce tasted like Chef Bouy R’D …with more onions than ever needed. Biting into it and all you tasted was onions …

I’m not sure what we were expecting but honestly this was one of the worst dinner experiences I’ve ever had. $40.25 later.

I’m sure some folks believe the food is terrific but candidly, I can’t recommend this place where $40 gives you breaded box food like chicken and mozzarella…

An amazing addition to the west side. Highly recommend for the atmosphere, but the fish tacos are on point! Also Charlie is awesome!

The Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip did not taste like Buffalo chicken and it was too cheesy. It was not really a dip. The cheese was too thick and you need a fork and/or knife to cut it and put it on the chip. Not woth $12. Also, they only have one keno board so I had to keep turning around to look at it while trying to eat. The workers were very nice and the atmosphere is nice.

Cinful Eats is a blast! They have an awesome outdoor cornhole setup and legit Cincinnati favorites on the menu. The food was way above typical alley fare, and the whole place has a cool, laid-back vibe. Big shoutout to Sophia in the beer garden for taking such good care of us. Can’t wait to go back!
