I am here visiting family and stopped in the cafe a few times this week. The smoothies were outstanding. The workers were excellent. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions well. I’ve never been there before so I had a lot because of so many options I am not used to. I read previous reviews before I went in and a few people did not like Pam. I could not disagree more. She was very friendly and helpful. She prepared my order quickly and it was delicious. I thought her attitude was what this store could thrive on.

3 people are working and in their defense they are very busy. I love the food! The staff though, not all of them just the older lady that works there her name is PAM she’s the manager and she is very rude to every customer that comes in and I don’t think that she should be in customer service EVER! She complained the whole time we were there about all the orders that she had to make today, VERY VERY loudly. The hiring of this store needs to do better. If you do not like working with the public you should not have a job in customer service.

I came into this restaurant friday morning. The food and staff were excellent but who I thought was the manager was very rude and had a nasty attitude for no reason at all. I think her name was PAM, no reason to be so disrespectful, if you cannot supply good customer service you should not be working in this environment. Staff was great tho and the restaurant was overall clean.

SHRINKFLATION!!! I come in thinking older workers great!!! They surely will make my meal better. Sadly that was Wrong! Counter lady had a fairly distasteful energy. Then I get my wrap and it’s wrapped nicely without a cut. First bite is ALL wrap and no food.
Eat the rest and its mostly lettuce and minimal chicken.
If you can’t give us what we pay for WITH inflation at least give us a decent portion or shut up shop. Not acceptable and will not be back.

The manager lady is extremely rude. Her attitude was very off putting and seriously made me not want to come back. Love the food but the way she treats customers and her employees especially is disturbing.

Shift lead EMMA seemed agitated at her employees in plain view of the customers. With a shift lead position you would expect a lot more leadership or atleast do it behind closed doors….. will return as the food never disappoints.
