Ordered an individual pizza with customize toppings for takeout. Toppings were missing. Disgusting amount of soggy arugula piled on top. If I was in the restaurant, nobody would dare bring that to the table. Shocking this came out of a professional kitchen.

Amazing Italian food with vegetarian options. My buddy and I were seated at a high table near the bar and the bartender ended up being our server. Stephanie was super nice and helpful. The arancini were very good, as were all of the breads. I got the fruti de mare which is basically a seafood pasta. While the components were great and the noodles perfectly al dente, the sauce was a bit too acidic for my personal taste. Otherwise, everything else was great. The tiramisu was actually the best dessert I’d had in a while so I would definitely recommend that. Portions were very good and prices were reasonable.

We loved our lunch at Evviva and our server Brandie was absolutely fantastic. She was so personable and went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable lunch. Her recommendations were spot on and she truly showed what it means to love your job. In addition, they have an extensive gluten free menu, which isn’t always easy to find. From apps to desserts, there were so many options to choose from.

We will definitely be back!

Just tried out this place for lunch and it is amazing! I liked how big the space is. The booths are also roomy and the overall atmosphere is very pleasant. Plenty of natural light!
We ordered the veggie risotto, gnocchi florentine, fried ravioli and the chocolate cake slice. The food was very flavorful and satisfying. Their portion sizes are just right.
The service is awesome. Brandie was our server and she was very attentive and friendly.
We will keep coming back 🙂

A great casual, yet really amazing, place to grab dinner with friends. Definitely busy, but service was excellent. They have a Gluten Free menu and are very cognizant of avoiding cross-contamination. Our server Sara was amazing, and Manager Brittany was very attentive. We will definitely return soon!

I recently visited Evviva Trattoria in Nashua, NH, and while the food had some highlights, my overall experience was mixed. The service stood out as exceptionally friendly—the waitress greeted us promptly, took our drink orders with a smile, and was genuinely attentive throughout our meal. The toasted ravioli appetizer was delicious and a real treat to start with.
However, some aspects of the atmosphere felt off for an Italian restaurant. The dining room was very bright, almost giving a cafeteria vibe, especially with the way the tables and seats were arranged. The choice of pop music playing instead of traditional Italian tunes further detracted from the authentic Italian ambiance I was hoping for. Serving the Italian dishes in bowls also contributed to that casual, cafeteria-like feel rather than a refined dining experience.
My main dish, the meatball fra diavolo, was flavorful, but I wasn’t a fan of the meatballs themselves—they didn’t quite hit the mark for me. Another missed opportunity was the lack of water refills; despite the waitress’s friendliness, no one came by to top off our glasses, which would have enhanced the overall service.
In summary, while the food had its moments and the service was warm and welcoming, the atmosphere and presentation left me wanting more. I’d rate my experience 2 out of 5 stars, with those stars going to the genuinely friendly service. For a foodie seeking an authentic Italian vibe, there’s room for improvement here.

This was my first time ordering since the Nashua location opened. I ordered take out.
I will say the overall experience left A LOT to be desired, and I’m more than apprehensive to try a second go.

I’ll say that I was pleasantly surprised that my order was ready & waiting when I arrived a few minutes early.
However – I arrived early because I neglected to order a few sides, and planned to do so in person and wait for them.
The hostess handed the bag over the counter to me without a word, no eye contact.
Immediately continuing her conversation with the other hostess.
I stood there for an uncomfortable length of time, waiting for her to notice. Eventually I said “I’m sorry, excuse me…” twice. Zero reaction or response.
As a career bartender/server I sincerely would’ve understood if either of them had been on the phone, or if there had been a wait or line behind me. But none of that was the case.
Eventually i just left.

All food was prepared and packaged correctly.
The price for the portions left quite a bit to be desired.
$6 for a very small portion of chips was high, considering the dip for them doesn’t come with it. So the dip had to be a separate order and obviously another charge.
The menu doesn’t explain the dips. One is a cheese dip, the other is an onion. Neither are mind blowing, the onion is flavorful though.
The chips were only partially cooked. The crispy ones were good, although not seasoned/salted.

I ordered the large Caesar salad, it was fresh and the dressing is good and garlicky. The large salad was $12 compared to the small at $6. Be aware the large (at least to-go) is easily only as large as typical side salad anywhere else – except it doesn’t come with the meal. It’s full price. Rough.

The Lasagna is ok. The sauce is very basic, but I was surprised that the entire meal is the ricotta filling sandwiched between two lengths of lasagna pasta. I expected layers as is typical at Italian restaurants.

The salted caramel cheesecake is outstanding. Very flavorful and creamy.

I also assumed (per other reviews) that their table bread and flavored oil would be included. It was not. Nor is it an option to order on their website separately.

Lastly, I was semi curious about their “packaging fee”.
This is not typical for our area, at least. I know some cities do.
This fee also doesn’t show up until you view your receipt AFTER you pay online.

Stopped in today and had a great time. Food was delicious and my server Brandie was somehow everywhere at once in the best way possible. Even when it got busy, everything came out right and on time. If only every restaurant ran this smoothly. 5/5 service and great atmosphere would definitely come back

I have visited other Evviva locations and was very excited when they opened one closer to me in Nashua! My wife and I came to visit and we had a spectacular meal with excellent service. I love the atmosphere and great location as well. I eat Gluten Free and Dairy Free and Evviva was able to accommodate with no problem. I started with their GF rolls, served with oil. For dinner I wanted to try two entrees, the Pear Scallop salad (no ravioli or cheese), and the classic Veal parm (minus the parm and GF spaghetti). All were delicious and I highly recommend! There were several other items I wanted to try so I will certainly be back in the future!
