Very disappointed! The service was always horrible, but the food gets worst by the day. I purchased 2 dozens of patties for my coworkers and I was very disappointed and ashamed that this was some of their first time having Haitian parties. The parties were hard, dry with no fillings and worth the wait time or the money spent. Please do better if you are representing Haitian cuisine

This place use to be really good you use to get a warm greeting. No when I walk in no one’s ever at the desk you have to wait 5 minutes for someone to come to the front the young lady that works here is extremely rude and very mean she always has an attitude and never smiles just looks mad that she has to work here . there weekly specials will say chicken they will wait and tell you when yu pick up they didn’t have it and made something else no sign no announcement no discount nothing. I’ve been trying to get chicken patties for a week but everytime I go the girl rude says no chicken I ask when will there be more no answer just rude looks. Very unprofessional company and hoping they turn it around the gentleman is always very nice but everytime I go to get the same 3 small patties im always charged something different one time I was charged 5.50$

This place is NO for me. Waited in this long line for over 15 minutes because I really wanted to try some Haitian goodies (since I don’t have many Haitian bakery/restaurant near me) only to be told the stuff that’s on their menu aren’t available, it’s not even 12:00 pm yet. Maybe that’s a normal practice for this establishment, if it is…there should be a schedule on the restaurant/bakery that states what they serve during breakfast/lunchtime etc. I drove all the way from West Point to check this place out. My mistake. Never again.

I enjoy getting their patties, and homemade drinks. I would suggest calling in advance to avoid waiting for food. I’m used to Haitian food. They like to make things fresh, so it takes a long time.

They just sit around gossiping and laughing like teenagers. No one picks up the phone. I sat in my car watching them ignore the phone while doing nothing, and my orders are always wrong. If I ask for no egg why is all three of them filled with egg? Just trying to sell cheap stuff. Save your money. Things have changed this is a joke not a business anymore.
