We came in around 4:30 PM on Thursday September 4th. The drive thru was quite busy. We had a little time so we went inside to eat. There were 2 ladies waiting for their food, one lady said she’s been there around 20 minutes waiting for her order. There appeared to be only 2 employees working. Another lady came in after us and asked if we’d been here long, we stood there between 5-7 minutes with no acknowledgment that we were there. We decided that we would leave and go to Wendy’s as we had somewhere to be. The lady also left that came in after us. May want to consider more staffing during peak hours.

Sloppy and mediocre. They told me it would be 10 minutes. Wait for chicken bites so I canceled the chicken bites so I didn’t have to wait. Got to the window paid was given my shake and then told to pull up to the line to wait. Why would you give someone a shake? That’s going to melt before you give them their food? It was completely ridiculous and the whole entire point of canceling part of my order was to not have to wait because I was in a Hurry. Food was sloppy, but as expected from fast food, it doesn’t care.

Fantastic customer service!
We went into the restaurant with a coupon for me my two year old boy and my husband. We were served food at our table and the management talked with us and give our boy multiple high-fives he was so friendly and sweet! It was a fantastic family experience. A wonderful place to relax with the family!

I go here at least three times a week most the time i get roast beef and large jamoka shake they are the best if you like coffee the people are polite fast and they always give you plenty of napkins.. haven’t been inside yet. But they were cleaning the parking lot today so I can imagine they keep the inside clean as well.

The Turkey sandwich I got was wrong I even told the cashier how I wanted it. She messed the order up we waited a good twenty minutes on our food. Dirty tables. Only good thing I have to say is the parking is good if your towing a hauler or camper. Wont be back!
