Incredible hidden gem local Italian place that has food that tastes like it was made in Italy. Some of the best Italian in Denver and CO and maybe the whole west region of the USA. Wow. I can’t wait to go back and try the pizza and seafood. The short ribs ravioli and their red sauce deserve a special shoutout.

Not a great dining experience and the food was sub-par. Side dish pasta was strange – came out greasy/soaked in oil. A couple of pieces of garlic bread is $14. Restaurant was only 20% capacity, but they didn’t bring wine to my husband for 20 minutes.

We have been to this restaurant a few times, and it gets better every time! The owner came out and told us his story of coming over from Sicily and eventually starting up his two restaurants. The pasta is made fresh in this restaurant, and the short rib, mushroom ravioli was excellent! And the gelato (made in house) was to die for. To top it all off, our waitress Lark was incredible! Friendly, enthusiastic and well versed in the menu and wines. She was attentive and really was one of the best servers we have had in many years! Great food, wine and service!

Used to be great but now so understaffed that I couldn’t even get a fork, or bread, or water, salt, or wine. And the server confirmed my entree order, but brought the wrong thing! No apologies, no accountability, no service = no more business from me! But to their credit, they are quick with check! lol.
It’s really too bad because this place used to be great. Great food, great service and great atmosphere. Now it’s just an empty and sad shell of what is used to be. Perhaps they are under new management who just doesn’t get it? Anyway , go elsewhere, this place is not with the aggravation.

This is a solid place. It’s good. They didn’t have a vegan option entree but they made a vegan lentil soup and a cheeseless salad that I appreciated. Our waiter was a seasoned gentleman who was quite entertaining, and never caused us to wait long for anything. Food tasted good according those who were with me. Nice neighborhood place. Definitely recommend for a nice weeknight or low key weekend dinner.

The food was delicious
Atmosphere was wonderful after we received our meal the waiter never came back to see if we needed anything and it took almost 45 minutes to an hour to get a mail 20 minutes to order other than that it was fantastic. Luckily I was with good friends and we had a lot to chat about

Full of financially-secure locals because visitors can’t find it. Definitely recommend reservations. Food is quite good, but on the pricier side. Service is always strong, and the ambiance is warm and classy.

We have been coming to this restaurant for a very long time. Tonight we had one of the worst encounters with an ‘new’ employee. I walked in with my older son at 8:30 (they close at 10). The restaurant was nearly empty, yet we stood there waiting to be acknowledged for quite a while (not normal). Finally a short, dark-haired Hispanic woman looked right at us but instead stopped to chit chat with customers in the bar. When she finally approached us she was incredibly rushed and rude and when I asked if we could sit at the high top tables in the bar her response was ‘not with him’ and pointed at my son (he’s 6’3, not a little kid). I said I totally get it, not at the actual bar, but at the tables adjacent so we could watch the game- again restaurant is empty. She gets very snippy and states she’s new but to her it’s the same thing. I then let her know we’ve done this several times before (like 20+) so I was a bit confused. She rolled her eyes and sat us at the furthest table in the bar so we couldn’t see the tv and then refused to wait on us despite waiting on people around us- wouldn’t fill water etc. walked by us to check on others but refused to check on us. So insanely bizarre/childish since we barely spoke to her. Another couple walked in after us, they were seated immediately, she was overly friendly to them. She absolutely turned what was to be a nice quick dinner with my son, into a bizarre uncomfortable situation. Olga, who had to wait on us because the other gal disliked us for whatever reason, was lovely as always. Management needs to do better in hiring and also being aware of how new employees are interacting with customers. Yikes!

Had dinner there last night, and both the service and food was beyond all expectations. We started with the seafood salad (shared, and awesome) and then we split the chicken/pasta special (also awesome). The service was outstanding (always there to fill our water glasses, remove plates, etc.) and the manager (Eric) provided personal attention which was much appreciated. As a side note, their coconut gelato was out of this world delicious…yes, we also shared that. 🙂
