This was my first time in Andrews and we stopped at Tony’s. The food was just as good as the restaurant in Georgetown. Staff is friendly and helpful. Prices was good. Restaurant was clean bathroom tiny and ladies I hope you have good knees cause it is low. Lol. I will return. For three people

Pizza has sucked the last couple of months. Staff are great. Pizza was hard and cruchy, like eating kettle potato chips. We used to love the pizza here. Georgetowns pizza is way better. Ham melts used to be so good now that they are so bland. Did not want to leave this review, wishing it would get better but has not. I’m still hopeful it gets better.

I placed an online order for two large sandwiches, loaded potatoes, and 24 wings. After waiting about an hour for my order to be ready, I arrived at the restaurant to pick it up. Upon arrival, I was greeted by an employee who responded to my inquiry about the order in a very sarcastic and dismissive manner. She asked for my name and order details, then turned away without providing any update or estimated wait time.

After waiting another 30 minutes inside the restaurant, I approached the counter again to ask about my order. The same employee responded rudely, saying that it takes an hour to cook 24 wings and that it would be “five more minutes.” Her tone was aggressive and unprofessional.

Approximately 10 minutes later, she handed me my order. Another employee came from the back, noticed I had been waiting a long time, and confirmed that my order was ready. The first employee mentioned she had added a cheesecake “for the wait,” but as I left, I could hear both front employees laughing, which made the situation even more disrespectful.

When I got home, I discovered that the wings were half-cooked, which is unacceptable and unsafe to eat.

Issues Encountered:

Poor customer service and unprofessional behavior from staff
Excessive wait time (over 1 hour and 30 minutes total)
Undercooked food (wings not fully cooked)
Lack of communication and accountability

Tony’s has great cheese steak subs. They have a great chicken salad salad. Wait time can be a little long at times but it’s worth it. Wish dine in would come back.

Good food, good service, carry out only.

Ordered online and it took about 30 minutes from ordering to it being ready. The place was packed with people picking up food when I got there.

The pizza, wings, wedges, and the chicken salad were good. The meatball sub was weird. Still edible but do not recommend.

They have a bunch of tables and chairs inside that are all piled up against a wall with signs out saying you can’t eat in due to lack of staffing.

My family and I went to Tony’s this week and were very impressed. The service was great as always, food was great as always and was ready when we got there. I got one of my favorite things there which is their chicken salad with house ranch. Will definitely be returning there soon

My husband and I are new in town and we were excited to try a new pizza joint. Unfortunately we greeted with a miserable girl who you could barely understand because her mumbling and misery just bled into the atmosphere as she mumbled how little Cesar’s is driving them out of business. But whatever we still wanted to try the pizza. We waited for our pizza to be done, and we embarrassingly missed the sign that said no dine in.

Our pizza was done and our name was called, my husband got up right away to retrieve our food, and the girl barked at him that he didn’t shout back that he was getting up when she announced our pizza was done. We then go sit back down and eat (again we totally missed the no dine in sign) and my husband gets back up and ask for plates. Both staff members were ignoring us, and when he asked again the girl snapped and said “I’ll help you when I get to you” mind you she wasn’t doing anything else. The other girl turns around and explained to him there’s no dine in service, my husband apologized and said we will go if you want and she rudely replied “yeah you can leave”

As we were leaving to get in the car, both girls were pointing at us and you can clearly see they were talking about us.

Needless to say they were beyond in-polite miserable rude people and we will not be going back, we can see why little Cesar’s is running the place out of business – again the miserable girl at the counter words – not ours. Mind you, we are from New Jersey, the land of the rude, and something we’re use too. So it’s pretty darn bad that they were that rude to the point it actually bothered us.

Great cold subs, but always hot. Mentioned over 50 times with no results. George town no issues. Last time buying from there!!!

Tony’s offers a variety of options including pizza, pasta, salads, and subs. I recently visited upon my sister-in-law’s recommendation and picked up their Philly Cheesesteak sub.

The sub was great, but I admit that I made a mistake in not paying closer attention to the menu. I prefer natural cheese, and I should have opted for Provolone cheese instead of the standard American cheese. The young man working confirmed that substitutions are not a problem, so there’s always next time. I will return. The entire staff was very friendly, and the restaurant was clean.

Overall, I would highly recommend Tony’s Famous Pizza to anyone looking for delicious food in a welcoming atmosphere. Just be sure to double-check your order for any customization options you may prefer!
