Update: They told me to contact them. I just wasted the last 7 minutes on their site trying to. When you go to submit your complaint. An error message comes up. Which says To many submission request. Figures. SMH!
Food took 15 minutes longer than it was supposed to be. The worst are these fast food places anymore. Take the word fast out of it. What is the use of ordering on the app. Then having to wait there 15 minutes after your pickup time. The place was empty. Less than an hour before closing. Yet, you have to wait for your food. Also, they did not have my Adobe ranch and gave me a substitute of something I did not want. Nor ordered. Smh

Asked staff directly if they were going to clean tables off since they were all dirty and we were going to eat in. She heard me ask and proceeded to ignore me and not help us out to clean the tables. Very disappointed with this visit.

I was in the area, so I stopped in to eat and let me just say from the second i stepped foot in this chipotle i noticed it was so clean. I orders and got my food very fast. They weren’t out of anything. The customer service was perfect the staff is so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be recommending this location to everyone i know. The drive is definitely worth it all the way. Don’t sleep on the moosic location. 5 stars through and though.

Just did an inperson order at the Moosic location at 4:00 pm on Sunday. I understand they were running low on food and had to restock before taking orders with a line of about 8-10 people behind me. But the service from Jacky the lady making my order was horrendous, she rolled her eyes at my friends and I walked in the door (a group of 4). Gave an attitude when talking to us and was just overall a terrible interaction. I’ve never made a review on anything but this interaction was disgusting and chipotle needs to do more with either hiring or training. Customer service can be a hard job and definitely not for everyone!

Stopped by Chipotle at The Shoppes at Montage Mountain for a quick bite. The food was what you’d expect — fresh ingredients, tasty bowls, and generous portions. The line moved at a decent pace, and it’s always nice being able to customize everything to your liking.
What stood out:
✅ The food was flavorful and prepared well.
✅ Convenient location if you’re shopping or passing through.
What could be better:
⚠️ The dining area could definitely use more attention — tables weren’t wiped down regularly, and the trash bins were a bit full during my visit.
Overall, a solid stop if you’re craving Chipotle, but I hope they step up the cleanliness.

I had a very disappointing experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill – Moosic. As soon as we walked in, the employee named Jacky rolled her eyes at us before we even placed our order, which immediately made us feel unwelcome.
Throughout the entire interaction, she was extremely rushed and rude. She spoke in a short, impatient tone and acted like we were an inconvenience for simply ordering food. The whole experience felt uncomfortable and unnecessary.
I understand that working in food service can be stressful, but basic courtesy and professionalism should still be expected. I hope management addresses this so other customers don’t have a similar experience.

Worst Chipotle I’ve been too. My kids kept asking me why it was so gross. Food was mediocre but the cleanliness was non existent. We had to clean guac and cheese off a table off to use it and there was smashed chips all over the floor. The kids meal includes chips but there were only 2 bags of chips left (?? In the whole store apparently?? and another employee wouldn’t let our server give us one). Everyone was doing take out and once we got our food and tried to find somewhere to sit down I understood why. Both my kids were like… “ummm well that was the most disgusting Chipotle I’ve ever been too”. I was in a rush to find a place to feed us and should have read this long list of bad reviews first! Ugh. Gross.

We are from out of town, we stayed over in one of the hotels. Decided to go there for lunch. We showed up around 1pm. 1 person in front of us. We both wanted the new brisket. They only had it for 1 order. They were cooking it. So I waited for mine. 2 people came in behind us both wanted brisket. Then a party of 20 people came in. I told them I would get the carnitas instead. We used my points for free entree and paid for the rest, 2 drinks, added guacamole for both. Since it was packed inside we went outside to eat. Both opened our burritos, his had guacamole all on the side, couldn’t even pick it up. Mine was wrapped twice, everything fell out the side. We were really looking forward to our burritos. My husband took 2 bites, couldn’t even eat it. We couldn’t even throw it out since there was no garbage can outside. We left it on the table outside, barely even touched. I called the store but told me I had to be in person to get a refund. We were already on the road to him. I just want my money back please.

It was absolutely disgusting, no cleaning was done and the bar where they made food made me want to gag, the workers turned there back on us multiple times just to tell us they couldn’t give us the chips that came in the kids meal for my little sister, because they only had two bags left and if it came with the meal it was “free” so they refused to give it to us. The atmosphere was depressing and the food was messy but ok..
