As a regular customer for many years we love the ice cream, especially the ability to swap in the silk almond ice cream. Tonight it tasted great but you sent like it instead of love it. Minor annoyance but disappointing none the less. Hope this is a simple oversight and not systemic.

Not sure what is happening here but I have never felt racially profiled until today. Came here to pick up a cake for a birthday and was not greeted until about 10 minutes after being in here. Then was told to please wait. The same person went and helped the next customer which was a family of 5. I then started to look in the back and found two other workers there. One guy proceeds to walk out and guess what… He begins to help the FAMILY OF 5!!!!! I can’t make this up. So here we are standing there waiting for a cake now for 20 minutes!!! Then he finishes and goes back into the back. The lady then checks out the family and ask us finally….. How can I help you? We tell her we are here for a pickup of a cake. She gets it and comes back in literally 30 seconds. We then ask why does it take 30 minutes to grab a cake for us that takes 30 seconds to grab. She says “I didn’t know you were here to pick up a cake” well I not only stood at the online pick up line, but also was never asked “am I here for pickup?” nor did she ask the two gentleman in the back to come out to help or even ask. She says “Again we didn’t know u were here for a pickup”. So just to prove it, I have a picture of my family in the line while we were waiting. Can’t wait to share this with nextdoor. I’ll be calling corporate as well. Btw I’m a black male and again have never felt racially profiled in this city until this location

Very clean location. Parking spaces designated for Cold Stone customers. Definitely a spot to go if you have a sweet tooth or want some dessert after dinner. We enjoyed the “Dough-lightful peanut butter” selection which was very delicious. I ate mine in a waffle cup with chocolate on the rim. Also was very good.

If you blink, you’ll miss this location! Everytime we try to come here we miss the entrance lol but once you’re here is well worth it! Employees are friendly and the inside is super clean. They also have 2 Cold Stone Customer Parking spots right in front of the entrance! Very good stock in cakes for quick pickup too

Sandwiched between a couple other businesses, this place has parking. We go during times that aren’t too busy. I’m not the long line type. Placing our orders was easy and although the ice creams were good they could’ve been more filled to the brim for those prices. But I pay because it’s one of my daughters favorite ice cream joints. Been here a few times and as long as I don’t have any bad experiences, I will return just to satisfy baby girl’s sweet tooth.

I ordered the ice cream tacos from this place. Though they were on the website , apparently they ran out. (Of ice cream cones and sprinkles)?????? I told them to just cancel the order and they said my refund would take no more than 5 days. Seven days later, no refund was issued and I had to call and tell them to do it because i found out no one ever did it. Very unprofessional and just flat out incompetent. Get ice cream from ANYWHERE else
