I wasn’t acknowledged when I walked in. I stood there for exactly six minutes. Someone from the back came and asked was she helped and the girl said no! I spoke up and said I already placed the order online and is already paid for, I’m just here to pick up. The other girl said oh well it said drive through. I also stated that your drive through has 10 cars in as well. I won’t be back at this location at all. Thank you to the blonde hair short hair girl because none of the other girls said anything to me. The long hair girl with the ponytail need to look for something else besides being in customer service because clearly she doesn’t have it. She couldn’t speak or help me, but the only thing she could say is well it says drive-through. Obviously, if you could tell me that you can also speak when a customer walks in and not have the drink sitting on the counter by itself being watered down while waiting eight minutes to get it! I hope the owner operator sees this as well.

This store needs a new manager! Even though I said hello when I entered, no one greeted me or looked at me! Just went to the pickup counter and walked out, terrible attitude, food is ok! But need to see the service attitude! I remember they used to have 2-3 ladies who were very enthusiastic and cheerful, always welcoming me every time I came! But it seems they are all gone! Will try to come back again, but if they are not cheerful then you should go to the nearby starbucks! The staff there are very cheerful and enthusiastic!

This place used to be top-notch, but the last few times we’ve been, they have been slow as molasses with people just standing around. There was a line in the drive thru that wasn’t moving the last 3 times we went. Cars behind left and eventually we did. I don’t know what changed, but we’re not going to be going back. It’s a shame because it’s the most convenient location to house, work, kids stuff, etc.

So, hey listen, this is The best Dunkin donuts in the state, or maybe the country. And I know my Dunkin donuts cuz when me and my husband, God rest his amazing soul, drove tractor trailer one of his greatest treats was to find a Dunkin around the “Big” city where they talk funny, and yank that hood up and hit the flashers and run as fast as he could to get me a warm fresh cup of liquid gold. Aka COff’eeee like them yanks say it. I love making folks smile or even a laugh. Seriously this Dunkin is the best. The girls and guys are awesome. Drive the extra mile to get that happy smiling lady, cuz she is A mood changer. Love this store.

Everything tasted good, but always check your order at any Dunkin because they get my order wrong 100% of the time. Also I’m a little traumatized because I found a little worm at the bottom of my coffee cup…after I drank the whole thing
***update: decided to give Dunkin another shot. It was a mistake. Sorriest excuse of a breakfast sandwich ever. Soggy bread and 1 1/2 pieces of bacon for $6? No thank you ma’am. Burger King quality at coffee shop prices.

I went to the sunset blvd location this morning before work to get a pick me up before working 12hrs. The girl that answered at the drive through was very rude and it was not even busy when I got ther, so there was no need to be rude (granted she was the only one working at the time so I can kind of understand the wait). She apologized for the wait and took my order perfectly fine, read it over to me, I corrected a few things, I looked on the screen and it was correct, and I proceeded to the window. I received my breakfast sandwich and she made my drink, handed it to me, but unfortunately it was the completely wrong order. I ordered a pumpkin chia latte but got some type of coffee latte clearly not what I ordering the picture provided, but I did not realize it until after pulling away because the drinks are the same color, they just taste different. I would’ve have went back but I had to go into work. I would like some type a refund for a drink I did not want!

Just visited this location for the 2nd time and both visits were great. The staff was friendly & made my food & drink in a timely manner. First time trying the peppered bacon sandwich & it was delicious. I also really enjoyed my pink spritz refresher. The eating area looked clean & well maintained.

The team is amazing, super helpful and always smiling. I appreciate that. I normally NEED that coffee with kids life etc, and they always put a smile on my face. And they’re great to the kids! For Easter, they had eggs for the kiddos with little toys. Come on! One – the kids wanted to go with me, which made my life easier (not fighting kids and more coffee?!)
Two- what a sweet touch! I know it’s a chain, but they just operate better.

Time on the website says they close at 7pm and the time on the door says they close at 7pm. It’s now 6:11pm and they have the doors locked. When I tried to open the door the worker looked up and then went back to ignoring customers.
