Wasn’t worth the 8 dollar price. Fries were soggy, oily and horrible. Hot dog was small and tasteless even with chili and cheese. At least drink was cold.

Tonight was my first time going back in a while. I’ve always had a good experience before, especially when ordering from the F Street location between Harrison and Tyler. This time though, they were at the spot near Tamm Lane, and it was a totally different experience.
We decided to try the burgers for the first time. I ordered one with everything, add bacon, no mustard or ketchup…just mayo. The second one was just pickles and lettuce. The third was everything except onions, with only mayo. The fourth was everything except mustard and ketchup. We also ordered loaded fries and a Mexican hotdog.
We picked up the food and came home. I didn’t check the bag because I trusted them. Big mistake. The burgers were all wrong. The first one just had bacon and mayo. The second had cheese and mayo only. The third had lettuce and mayo. The fourth had pickles, onions, lettuce, and mayo. Like, what?
I called to let them know, and the lady said that’s how I ordered them. I guess I should’ve said exactly every ingredient I wanted and didn’t want instead of just saying “everything except…” Lesson learned.
The meat was actually cooked well and tasted great, but the burgers were way smaller than expected and definitely not like the ones in the pictures. I know that happens with a lot of places, but just a heads up for anyone with high hopes. Their menu pictures make it look like they really made the burger and took a legit photo of it. Be ready for a classic “this does not look like the picture” fast food moment.
The Mexican hotdog was there, but the loaded fries were missing. I brought it up, and she started quietly reading the order back to herself, then told me I wasn’t charged for them, but based on what I paid, I think I was. I just hung up. I wasn’t in the mood to argue.
Next time, I’ll be super specific with the order and stick to the F Street spot. Also, the Tamm Lane location had a bunch of flying bugs outside. Hoping they can improve and maybe train the staff a little better at the Tamm Lane location.

Yeah so the pictures look better than the actual food. Hotdogs were small and tasted no different than a home hotdog..the fries tasted like they were fried in old oil. Just stay home and make your own Hotdogs with chili…probably taste better and cheaper. Over priced..definitely over rated! Disappointed for sure.

After searching for the best hotdogs from Brownsville to La Feria, Texas… we found this hot dog stand!! The hotdogs are amazing, we love the bacon wrapped hotdogs and they have a house specialty chipotle sauce… YUMMY! I totally recommend if looking for an unexpensive drive by meal. I didn’t like the fries as much, I think they should air fry them instead… but the hotdogs 10/10:]
