I ordered a medium pan supreme with extra cheese and pepperoni, it was horrible , all was on was mostly crust and sauce, nothing extra!! I paid 25.00 cents for this and paying for extra cheese and pepperoni…..nothing! And when I got there no one wants to wait you they just look at you no smile no hello then someone finally comes and looks at you then you have to tell them what your there for, but I am totally upset about paying for extras and you get nothing!!!! Not going there anymore

We were just going to pick up our food order and be on our way but it was so inviting that we stayed! You don’t see many Pizza Huts with the dining room option anymore. And this one was clean and orderly! There were a few other groups of patrons enjoying the dining room with us. The staff were friendly and quick to serve. Our order was exactly as we requested. The bathrooms were clean. Our young family thoroughly enjoyed the visit!

The service was decent. The chicken taco pizza had very little chicken. It should be called the refried beans taco pizza. I ate one slice there and took the rest home. Over half of the pizza went into the trash. Who wants to eat a refried beans pizza?

The pizza was hot and exactly as ordered. I waited a long time to check out a carry out order which was ready. Our dinner salad container was less than half way full and had almost more croutons than salad. Overall, I might try a sit-down dinner here sometime but will likely avoid another carry-out order.

Stopped on our way home from a long trip. Have always been a strong supporter of Pizza Hut. The food was great! And Gabe was a great host! Ordered a taco pizza & breadsticks and they were just perfect! Don’t have a local Pizza Hut in our town anymore, so we were really looking forward to our meal. And Gabe did a great job! He was friendly, answered our questions about Pizza Hut since covid, etc. His customer service was top notch. You’ve got a great employee in him. He would be one of the many reasons for us to come back.

Amazing! Perfect! The service was absolutely perfect, friendly and kind. The breadsticks made to perfection! Amount of seasoning and texture perfect! Best breadsticks I have had, ever! The chocolate chip cookie cooked perfectly. The marinara sauce was perfect consistency and delicious. And now to the reason I drove 45 miles to this Pizza Hut when I have one in my town, the WHITE SAUCE! They have the traditional white sauce from the 90’s. I recently heard it was available here so I finally made my way to Onawa for it and I was not disappointed! Everything was perfect and the sauce exactly as I remembered, maybe better. Big thank you to whoever made the decision to keep the white sauce available, and to the amazing management and staff, for having a Pizza Hut you clearly take pride in. You are the reason Pizza Hut has stuck around this long, in a world with so many options. ❤️

My original order was never delivered. The delivery driver left it at another address two hours after I ordered. I did eventually get my order remade and delivered to the correct address; 3 hours after I placed my order. This was not the first time ordering and having my food delivered. I have a very easy address to find as well. It was almost 10PM before I got my food.
