it’s just really sad. The people look forward to our visits year after year, esp their annual festivals. The boat rides made it possible what biplanes cannot. And we have no news of the impact of such economic loss. I would definitely love this but the avenues are closed here.

I was on that side of the Island there are no public restrooms and I asked if I could use their bathroom and she said no they are locked up. I was miserable and had to drive miles to a port a potty. When I went back the next day I told her how horrible I felt and she said, you should have went in the ocean! I was livid that is so rude!!! I had a nice trip to Molokai and everyone was nice except her! When I first went up to her she ignored me. So rude!!!! I don’t support businesses with people that cruel!!!

They have a set number of dishes so get there early to taste the specials which are all yummy in your tummy. Recommend tasting the hurricane chips which have a sprinkling of seaweed and some spicy mayo, along with the shrimp burger. The honey chicken has been battered within an inch of itself, a potential heart attack on a plate so wouldn’t recommend this. Overall a great place, good local food and all reasonably priced.
Remember it’s Molokai so service is slow. I would like to see more sustainable packaging and recycling of plastic. Really wasteful

Highly recommend stopping by this spot! Really great food, outdoor seating & large portions. We got the shrimp tempura & hurricane fries which were both delicious. Definitely the perfect place to stop for lunch!

Maybe one and only food stop you could get on the way to the east side. But very friendly and lots of choices to eat. We stopped by twice on the way to Halawe valley to get drinks and foods.

Make sure you don’t miss out on this amazing spot! We had the bento plate lunch and a double loco Moco. Both were excellent and served with aloha. In addition to counter service food they have a great little market to pick up provisions.

I got the Bento box and it was great! It included a bunch of different meats over rice and was very delicious! The price is about $15 so not bad for Molokai especially for all the meat and fish. The shrimp tempura was also great and had large portions and came with rice and Mac salad or a salad. Overall great food and friendly service. Warning though be prepared to wait 30 minutes to 1 hour if it is busy but the food is worth the wait. Closes at 3:30 so be prepared to stop by for lunch or a late lunch.

We have the sampler platter deep-fried fish chicken katsu Teri pork spam and rice. It was good and the price was fair.

Nice place. The small market had everything I needed and the fish & chips were great. I got it to go but finished it in the car before leaving the parking lot. I think it’s the last place to get food on the east part of the island so it’s nice to know they’re keeping up quality.
