The service was great. The gentleman serving us was extremely friendly and accommodating. The Singapore Noodles & Chow Mein were excellent. The JM House Chicken was not for us, but others may like it. The fried shrimp that came on our appetizer platter were also very good.

Normally I would have the shrimp and my husband would have the beef and broccoli which was always good but this time we had an absolutely awful experience with their Teriyaki chicken. It was the worst tasting teriyaki chicken I have ever tasted in my life. It’s basically tasted like brown sugar coated chicken. It was so sweet my husband and I tossed out the meal, and it was way overpriced. I guess people have been saying that there’s new owners, I won’t be coming here again. It was disgusting.

My choice, when it comes t9 asian cuisine, is simple. Egg drop soup with some hot oil chilli, and crunchies, just how I call them. Loving it! And for main food, some fried shrimp and House fried rice. Some hot jasmine tea. I used to order soda but now I enjoy a hot tea with my food. Little hole in the wall.

They have the best beef skewers that I have ever had at any chinese restaurant. They were tender and had a lot of flavor also the cream cheese wontons are big with a good amount if filling. I’m definitely going back!

I dont know how this received the positive reviews it did. While the couple operating the place seemed personable, the food was about on par with a TV dinner. Id only recommend if you had a terrible craving for something that tasted like Chinese food and there was nothing else available. Another turn off is a dirty menu and salt /pepper shakers. Its obviously a mom and pop shop and I dont mean to rag on them too much, but this was a disappointment. Ive been all over the country and tried places from Maine to Oregon to California and this was one of the rougher ones.
