The moment I saw this was a renovated movie theater, I knew they were my kind of place. We came for the bakery and we fell in love with the gelato!

It was the salted caramel and the Buckeye for me. My husband tried 4 or 5 flavors and loved them all. For the bakery, the oatmeal cream pies and the tiramisu are a must.

I thought this place was cool. The seating is nice. You can sit in chairs or couches. The gelato was fairly priced and tasteful. There’s a free photo kiosk which I thought was an interesting touch. Staff were friendly. Lots of families, groups of young adults and older folks eating here. You can tell the city is happy to have this place.

My daughter and I visited for the first time and ordered flights so we could sample 6 flavors each. Each was magnificent! But my favorite was cappuccino! Each flavor of Gelato was smooth, rich and delicious. I highly recommend trying this adorable shop. The atmosphere is cute and the staff friendly and helpful. Next time I want to try an adult bevvy.

I was super happy to find an Italian desert shop not too far from me.

Genuine authenticity with impeccable attention to every detail. I felt like I was back in Italy! From the presentation of the gelato in the cooler to the serving style, even the spoons were precise in every way. The courtyard, complete with bocce ball courts, is a true nod to the inspiration of this local gem. Dolce at the Strand perfectly blends their open and spacious floor plan with fine intimacy, offering a variety of seating in both style and location.

It was clear that they educated their employees in every detail, from production to service. The young staff were eager, friendly, and were a true display of professionalism. I overheard words of encouragement from the manager to the workers and it warmed my heart. Five stars isn’t enough for Dolce at the Strand—they deserve five hundred stars!

My chocolate chip cookie gelato sandwich was stale and barely had any gelato in it. My wife’s pie was bland, and she didn’t finish. If the old theater decor is a big draw for you, have fun. If you want good gelato or ice cream, there are many better places to go.

Super cool place!!! Lots of flavors of gelato and sorbet!! ❤️ we have tried salted caramel, cookies and cream, and pistachio to name a few! All are delicious!!! I tried the raspberry sorbet which tasted like fresh raspberries. Yummy!!!❤️ There are also many kinds of desserts to try, such as tiramisu! It is light and flavorful!!! There are also other desserts and cookies to try!!! Fancy adult drinks are also offered. This is a great place to try in Wadsworth.

What a cool place!! Was visiting a friend (I’m from out of town) and we stopped by for some gelato. I’m only sad that I don’t live closer. The decor is really cool and offers several nice gathering spots for hanging out. The staff were absolute fantastic with great, great service. I love that they have alcoholic mix options. Just seems like such a fun place. Is great to take kids during the day for dessert but would also be a great place for a date night with the bar and alcoholic options. Was such a surprise to me that such a cool, quality place existed in this “small town.” Enjoy Wadsworth residents! I’ll be sure to visits when I’m back in town
