They normally get everything right however there’s always just something missing off of the order. For example, I just ordered a pizza with 2x Cajun and 2x garlic herb. If I could provide a picture I would but I did not get what was asked for on the crust. Then called the store and the lady on the other line said “We see what you see so if it says there’s 2x then its on there.” You cant call a customer a liar after wanting to provide a picture right after delivery. Other than this experience. The drivers are cool and its mostly right. However that girl that answered didnt help at all when I wanted the correct pizza.

I’ve had mostly good experiences at this location. I love the Howie subs and the seasoned crust—they’re really flavorful. This is definitely good junk food, so I recommend taking a long walk afterwards to balance it out. Still, it’s a solid spot when you’re craving something tasty and satisfying.

I ordered through the website, where you can select from various crust flavors for free. The website lets you choose as many as you want and how much you want, so I opted for “extra” of most of the flavors. When I picked up the pizza, it was hot, tasty, and the crust was just as disgusting as I’d hoped it would be. 5/5, would never order that many flavors again.

Ordered 1 deep dish pizza to be delivered 2miles away, was told 40mins-1hour which was at the limit to what I wanted to wait but i agreed to it. 2hours later and 2 phone calls finally got my pizza, both times I called (20 mins past max time and 40mins past max time) was told pizza was in transit. Dissatisfied with the app and quality of the pizza I received. Wanted half ham and half sausage with mushrooms on all. Couldn’t do it on the app so I called the order in. No mushrooms on the pizza and only two little pieces of sausage per slice. Of course to add insult. By not using the app you don’t collect any rewards. New I should have gone to cottage inn to begin with.

The food is always good, but sometimes they forget things like that you asked for mayo, not sub sauce or that you wanted lettuce and tomato on the side. I’m not real picky about that as long as the food tastes good. There’s no dine-in here, so my low rating of atmosphere doesn’t really mean much except that I don’t like how cramped the pickup area is.

Stopped in last night to order some dinner, when I walked in I felt very welcomed by an upbeat crew! As I was placing my order two employees walked by the counter and said hello as they walked by. Unbelievable that’s something that never happens! Supper friendly and fantastic pizzas! I will definitely be back! I love supporting a business that has great customer service and great quality food!
