3rd time we went to Burger King and it’s screwed up. Oline ordered they gave us our 4 halfis, missing 3 frys and our straws. Wife went back and was given attitude. They can’t follow an order and are rude will never step foot on there again!

They need a new manager that will higher people with experience. Very poorly trained workers who didn’t listen to when we ordered food in three different bags, they brought us out in one! So then they had to go back and put it in 3 different bags but while they went back, we kindly asked if they could put some buffalo sauce and napkins with our order. Guess what,
They didn’t bring buffalo sauce or napkins out! So we had to turn around and drive all the way back to get it. Overall unprofessional and very disrespectful staff.

The other day I saw an employee with deadlocks and goatee help an elderly woman with the door she was struggling to push her walker out. I also saw her thank him graciously for his help as she appeared to be by herself. It’s always nice seeing staff go above and beyond their duties in order to help others. The humanity in this employees actions truly moved me.

Completely new experience now that it has been remodeled. Clean, plenty of places to sit, even has a corner lounge area. The play place is warm as I am here when its -27 degrees out. It’s almost like I am down south with the sun beating through the big glass windows. Food is ok. I had burnt fries and my whopper jr felt like I got a lot more bun than burger but you get what you pay for. Overall the facility is much much nicer.

I was absolutely disgusted to find a bloody Band-Aid on top of the tomato in my Whopper. This is not just unacceptable—it’s a serious health hazard. To make matters worse, the staff were rude and confrontational when I brought it to their attention. This experience was disgraceful, and I expect immediate action and accountability from your management team.

The first time I have ever been to this restaurant, we ordered and half our stuff was missing/made wrong. So, we went back to grab everything, with our receipt of course. My fiancé ran in while I started feeding our toddler since hers was right, he then had to come get every ounce of food from the car (their request) to make sure we weren’t lying or something. It already took 20 minutes to get, then another 20 for us to get our actual food. I don’t think we will be back, the McDonald’s in town is great so we will just go there.

Just ordered at the drive through for the second time. Last time I went through they took my French fry out of my bag and ate it while walking to the window. Tried giving them a second chance and when ordering they scuffled and sounded super rude when I tried to switch out a few things. Why don’t you have some respect and put someone nice at the window. This is not the customer service I wanted to see. Hopefully they change.
