Tried to call in an order. The man on the phone was completely rude and would not tell me what came on the sandwich, told me to look online. There is also no longer a dine-in option This is not 2020 anymore. Restaurants should be fully open and serving people. I was looking forward to eating here, but they have lost my business for good. Customer service was completely non existent.

I’ve been a long time customer but I’ve been out of state for a few years. My son and I tried to eat in at the store on Moffett this past weekend. The door said “drive-through only” yet there was not anyone at the drive-up window. So we decided to try the one in eight-mile. Same thing, not anyone in the drive-through and zero customers at this location as well. Mark, I drove from Spanish Fort, picked up my son I. West Mobile then went to both locations mentioned. I don’t intend to drive over an hour and eat in my truck. You are loosing customers.

Drive-thru only because they don’t want you to see what they’re doing inside end all the lazy people sitting around doing nothing but eating up the profits of the owner.
Don’t waste your time drive on by. Don’t belong to be like the rest of the business is over there out of business. I think it’s cover up anyways because there’s five people sitting around doing nothing inside. Bunch of lazy folks.

Went to knock on door to let them know we were there but lady at window said we had to get in line to order when we ordered online. Went through drive through in huge bucket truck due to working in area only to be told to go park AGAIN. Owner comes out and tells us to next time park and knock on door.. That’s literally what we tried to do. 20 years going there, I’ve never had any issues until today but I just gotta remember we ALL have off days. Food as ALWAYS.. AMAZING

They are getting more rude by the day. Mark flat out told me doesn’t care about customer service anymore. The lady at the window has a very bad attitude also. But they have the best subs in mobile . Just wish customer service was like it use to be

The food is great. But I’m not going back to the one on St Stephens rd because I’ve never gone through a drive thru that the cashier tells you every single time “how about a tip”. If I wanted to tip I either would have came in or went on up to burger master where the actual waitress does the job of getting me taken care of for a tip. All the woman at the window does is open the window. I will go to other Sub kings but not that one.

My rating is based on service not the food. We waited 20 minutes at the drive up window. Several people (one being the owner I believe) walked by and saw us and never came and took our order. I could understand if it was packed but it wasn’t.
