The stars aligned. On the patio on a perfect day with wonderful food and perfect service. Great people watching too.

Went for the taste of morel. food was ok, and some lacked taste imo. wine went well with the food. Getting water refills took a long time, even between pairings. I got my own at the bar as I got tired of trying to get staffs attention.

As a photographer, I must say that the grounds of this restaurant are extremely photogenic! The lawn overlooking the water, the green ivy on the buildings, and all the well manicured nooks to shoot in. The couple I photographed did an intimate ceremony on on the lawn then finished with dinner at the restaurant.

Food was good. It shows on Google that the place is closed. It’s not. Our waitress did a nice job.

Excellent Wagyu beef burger and Walleye. Our server was knowledgeable of their menu and gave good information. We sat outside, which is lale frontage, and enjoyed a beautiful sunset. Overall the food was great but very pricy.

We found the Beach House on google, while visiting from out of town. Unfortunately, they have not updated their hours of operation on Google. We arrived on Monday, Sept 8th for lunch, but discovered they are closed for the season.

Tasty menu options. We really enjoyed the White fish & the Perch. Sat outside on patio & watched kids playing on lawn as well as people swimming in Deer Lake. Great location to catch a sunset.

This was our “Margherita Flatbread”… I can’t make this up. My rating would be 0 if that was possible on the rating scale. It was $16 for cold pita, mozzarella balls, and cherry tomatoes. What a joke.

We had high hopes for this restaurant, especially with its stunning view, but unfortunately the experience fell short. Despite having a reservation and being seated promptly, we waited over 10 minutes before anyone came by with water or offered drinks.
We started with the focaccia bread basket, which was disappointing—it wasn’t focaccia at all, just plain table bread and not good. The oysters were overly milky and unappetizing, and the cocktails were weak and underwhelming having to ask for extra additive ice to make them good.
As for the main courses, they ranged from bad to just okay—nothing memorable or worth recommending. Chicken sandwhich was the best on the menu. The only standout was the view, which is undeniably beautiful, but sadly not enough to justify the rest of the experience.

While this place had a fantastic view of the lake and good food, the service here left quite a lot to be desired. Our waitress (Heather) didn’t come check on us very often (if at all) during our visit and our food took quite some time to come out. She was not very welcoming or friendly during our time at the restaurant. The food taking a while to come out could be chalked up to taking some extra time to make sure all of our meals came out together, but we had gotten there prior to a few other visitors and we were the last to leave as well (there were 8 of us in the party). It was not the experience we wanted while celebrating the bride-to-be.
One of our party members found a bug in her espresso martini, but that was taken care of by having her drink remade. My other main complaint is that this is a cash-free restaurant; I do not like the concept of them as it is very unhelpful when trying to tip your server. Gratuity was included for being a large party, so be aware. I hope that our experience here is better next time, as the place itself is rather nice. It’s the service that didn’t live up to our expectations.
