Didnt change knives before cutting a bagel with plain cream cheese after one with strawberry. Cashier had airpods in and could barely hear us. Bagel selection was terrible.

Okay so they actively fixed their problem, which makes me happy enough to keep coming to this location.
First of all, I did not see the mean worker anymore. Not sure if she left for good or just wasn’t there when I was. If I see her again I’d just walk away.
Leaving this fact aside, I don’t normally expect any company to actively do something to fix their problem these days. But they tried their best. They apologized several times about the happening before. Plus, they gave us a discount, which played a huge role here honestly. We finally felt like the hurtful memory here was healed.
I was so sad that I had to give up their good bagels because of one worker. Now I’m back here! I can buy these good bagels again!!!!
My husband always gets guacamole, very fresh and good. My recommendation is southern sandwich or something. Their garlic parm, honey oat, cheese bagels are all good too.
We’re more than happy to try the other bagels here.

Bagels tasted fine. But the worker at the counter acted like she wanted to quit. Unkind and very short with us even though we tried to be so nice. We decided not to come back here again even though we liked these bagels.
Please refrain from visiting this shop. It’s not fair to be treated so poorly despite kindness. There are better alternatives for food nearby.

I am usually at my store opening so I don’t come in, my wife usually makes my order from here. But today I happened to need to be at work early and I came in. I ordered my usual (big apple BLT with honey oat) and it was already out within maybe 2 mins. I noticed they had coffee and I got the creme caramel latte, I swear it is absolutely the best ive ever had. The caramel was at just the right amount to make it the main flavor without being overpowering. And true to its name, it was definitely creamy. I highly suggest this spot for anyone in the area looking for filling food and actually good coffee.

Getting a sandwich here is always a nice treat. Lots of options to choose from when it comes to the choice of bagel and even the cream cheese. I had the BLT this time; the lettuce and tomato balances out the saltiness of the crispy bacon.

Disappointed. I ordered two of the “Southern Tradition” bagel sandwiches with bacon. I could barely find the bacon on the sandwich. The bacon was undercooked and gross. I also had a raspberry cream cheese jumbo muffin. It was dry and tasted like it was days old. I went at 10:30 am and they only had 2 muffins in the case which seems strange, having such low inventory mid morning.The person who took my order was rude. I do not plan to return and would not recommend.

These bagels are some of the best in west Michigan. My wife is from New York, and she tells me that these are about as close to New York as you can get. The bagels have always been fresh, and delicious. We really like the way they cut the bagels. They also have muffins and cookies, but my diet will not permit me to try those. But they sure look yummy!

Love me some bagel sandwiches. Had the Big Apple with an “everything” bagel. The blueberry bagel was decent. Had a little too much cream cheese. Will definitely go back tho.

I got an Asiago bagel with barely any cheese on it and what cheese was on it was burnt. I worked at Big Apple before and I know this is not how the bagel should have been served to a customer. As expensive as this sandwich is and I don’t even get the cheese that is suppose to be on it, I am not happy. Big Apple on Kalamazoo Ave SE in Grand Rapids needs to fix this. Not acceptable.
