Dear Friends, After three wonderful years, Yishan Korean Restaurant will be closing its doors on September 1, 2025. We want to sincerely thank each and every one of you for your loyalty, support, and friendship throughout our journey. It has been an honor serving our community and sharing our love for Korean cuisine with you. While this chapter is coming to a close, we are excited to explore new ventures and look forward to what the future holds. Yishan Korean Restaurant is a beautiful spot with an awesome lunch special during the week—$20 for a meal that could easily feed three people! The food was unique and flavorful, and the atmosphere is calm and quiet, perfect for a relaxing meal. The customer service was good, and the drinks were solid too. The only downside is the parking, which can be a bit tricky. Overall, a great experience!

If you’ve ever wanted to try fantastic and unique cuisine at a reasonable price, this is your place. We ordered the kimchi stir fried pork and the marinated beef BBQ. Everything was delicious. Since we ordered the BBQ we had to cook our beef, but that was one of the best parts of our dining experience! We had such a great time at this restaurant, and had even a better time eating the food. The portions are very large so they’re perfect for sharing! I will definitely be back, and am extremely eager to bring my friends and family!

Excellent Authentic Korean Restaurant. We were served by John our waiter who in my opinion very professional at what he does,greeted us with a smile enthusiasm and polite. The food (The pictures speak for themselves)it was as delicious as it looks. Great value for the money you pay, will be back again for a third time. A must if you like or are interested in Korean food. A gem in the arsenal of quality restaurant in Middletown NY.

Happened upon this restaurant on a trip to Middletown….so glad we did! One of the best meals we’ve had in a long time. The Korean BBQ was on point and delicious…and our server, Marie, couldn’t have been any nicer as she helped us navigate through the menu. A great experience all around. Go…you won’t be disappointed!
