Great service from the two lady’s there. Good portion for the price and really liked their mango smoothie. Though wish like other cafes they would have more I. Their plate for breakfast and their croissants didn’t look or taste but it was still good. It’s really nice atmosphere especially outside.

Best place in Hollywood for morning coffee. Bring some beans home, too!
Love this place and its empanadas, cortados and patio!

All I wanted was a coffee free of plastics and toxins. I said 3 times. No “paper” cup or plastic. Can you please use a regular washable cup. “Yeah sure” 2 minutes later and a half way cup, after I said all the way up and was charged for it…. plastic, paper, glue.

Is it very cute little place, and has a number of menu items available. They had no problem with my small dog in the stroller. They have approximately 4 to 5 tables inside and several outside with large umbrellas. They also have ice cream! I’ll definitely go back.

Absolutely overpriced. I’d say the worst colada I tried compare to elsewhere. Besides that they can’t even stir the sugar for you nor provide/offer a stirrer or a napkin.
Also unpleasant atmosphere due to paying for the item using a screen and first things that pops out is if you want to add a tip with the employees starring on the screen. Not a friendly environment. Tables outside were covered in dirt white ash from a palm front that felt off a palm tree, nobody cleaned anything. Also with the fact you’re outside there is a no smoking sign. For those that know and that smoke cigarettes know that it’s a pleasant experience to have a cigarette with your coffee not before it or after. Especially in the mornings.

3/5/25–I woke up and said, “Thank you, Jesus, for another day.” Then, I checked my personal itinerary and noticed that my first Pilates class wasn’t until 11:30 AM. That meant one thing—I had to postpone my brunch a little later. Tragic.

To kill some time (and justify the empanadas I was about to encounter), I jumped rope 100 times. Just as I was catching my breath, my husband showed up. “Can we go to a nice coffee shop just to sit there?” I asked, as if that wasn’t the whole point of coffee shops. After some Googling, I found a Cuban café nearby. Well, nearby by car. Walking? A solid 30-minute trek.

Anyway, we drove there and parked on a side street. My first mission: checking for outdoor seating. Success. As I walked in, the café welcomed me with its charming wooden tables, colorful pictures on the walls, and a display of empanadas practically shouting, “Eat me!” Oh, I wanted to—but Pilates on a full stomach? Not a great idea.

The place was small but cozy, with a mix of Cuban and Colombian treats. They had stovetop espresso makers in different sizes and colors (including a cute blue one), and they served Colombian coffee alongside Cuban classics. Arepas, buñuelos—you name it. I ordered my coffee, took a sip, and let out a satisfied sigh. This. This is exactly what I was looking for. And now here I come Pilates

Ordered two pandebonos, that as a Colombian do not taste remotely close to pandebono doesn’t even have the cheesy taste to it. Ordered a frappe but it has no ice, just watery. Overall the people are nice but the food really needs an upgrade.

The perfect place to escape is downtown, close to offices, and hotels, and 5 min from Hollywood Beach. This place is a mini paradise coffee shop, with I would say the best coffee in the area and I’m Colombian. The variety of Latin food and coffee products in this shop makes it unique, the Service is impeccable and the music transports you to the Caribbean.

I love this place for how simple, straight forward, and “no frills” it is. A great place to stop by for a mid morning snack, quick and easy lunch, or dessert. They have an assortment of pastries and sandwiches I didn’t expect from the outside. The service was really nice. It’s not going to be “the best” coffee or sandwich you’ve ever had, but it sure will hit the spot. Prices also good and the place is well kept/clean.

The Cuban was simple, but delicious, and the coffee was strong (how I like it). My husband got the iced coffee, which I personally wouldn’t recommend as it was just a little too watered down.

This was a good scramble and bread. Not an extensive menu for breakfast. Hubby got the omelet and enjoyed it. Service was fast and friendly
