This place is great for shopping and brunch. It’s not crowded, so you can eat comfortably, and the service is friendly. The menu is not special, but the portions are just right and the price is good, so I visit often.

Whenever I am shopping at the Short Hills Mall in NJ, I have to have lunch at the Neiman Marcus Cafe. I love the complementary cup of broth and roll with strawberry butter that starts each meal and the fresh flowers at each table. The salmon tacos are one of my favorites.

Love the food, service, and ambiance. Seats were very comfortable. Waitress was very polite and attentive, esp we have 2 kids. Kids have fun coloring while the adults enjoyed coffee and tea while waiting for our entrees. The chicken entree was the best. Salmon was not bad. Chicken pesto sandwich was too greasy. Bread was delicious with strawberry butter. FYI we came here on Black Friday and got served in 5min. Will definitely come back.

Dear Manager,
I have eaten at the cafe for many years and have always enjoyed the quality of the food and the taste. However, yesterday, 3/22, I had lunch with my cousin there. We were both disappointed. We ordered the finger sandwiches and literally felt like we were eating all bread. Also the salad with it had a very tart and bitter taste. I asked for Mayo to add to it and it didn’t help. The service was excellent
We will continue to have lunch there but will not order the finger sandwiches again

The chicken soup there is GREAT!!! This one time that we went there, it was just because of the chicken soup. Our waitress, Christina, was so nice. She had a smile on her face the whole time. I just hope that the restaurant stays like this.
