We’ve ordered from this location a few times, and they’ve always been eh okay. Tonight we placed an order for delivery and to say we were disappointed is an understatement. We didn’t receive our order until an hour and a half past the time we ordered. Which wouldn’t have been a big deal, but our order status initially said 20 minutes and then time just kept getting added after the order was placed. On top of that, the food arrived cold and completely inaccurate. We ordered 1/2 – pepperoni and jalapeño and the other half sausage. We received a pizza fully covered in jalapeños, and only 1/4 had pepperoni and sausage together. 3/4 was all cheese and jalapeño… very disappointing. Yes, I know I didn’t get a pic of the full pizza, but by the time we actually received our order we were STARVING.

I absolutely love Papa John’s. The previous one I used to go to was on fm 78 near Walmart. I have not really been to this location since Marcos and other pizza places are around. I went yesterday and was super disappointed. I ordered a double cheese small pizza and it was really burned. I didn’t even take a picture of that one. This picture is of my xl veggie pizza. It was really inconsistent with the toppings. Some one had a heavy hand with the sauce lol. It was super drenched to the point that the toppings were falling off. Sad that this Papa John’s is not the same as the previous one I used to rock. Guess I’ll just stick to Marcos.
Edit: After this review i received a phone call a few weeks ago saying they wanted to make things right. My name would be credited. I just called to get the pizzas promised to me and they said they had no record of me and couldn’t help me any further. I’m pretty done with this place. A part of be was going to give them a chance but now i know for sure I’m done.

This is a double bacon double pineapple pizza. Don’t waste your time/money and order from whatever other place you were debating on. This is the second time in a row we’ve had a mess up from here spaced about 4 weeks apart. The first time, the pizza was obviously old because it was dry and extra firm. Back to this order, imagine paying for extra bacon and getting half the normal amount instead. This is basically a cheese pizza with some pineapples in the center. Atrocious waste of time and money. This location has fallen off.

I order from here weekly. Today I did delivery, and was brought my order plus someone else’s order. I called the store to inform them because I would be mad if my pizza didn’t show up. Tell me why they came back to my house 20 min after delivery and picked up the other order to deliver? I will not be ordering from this location again. We do t eat what they ordered, but that’s not sanitary, and what of it had happened to me and my family? I’d be pissed to receive my pizza from someone else’s house, and on top of that cold!

One pizza isn’t even cut, at all. I started to cut it, then thought I’d take a pic for this review. This pizza also has olives. I didn’t order olives.
The second pizza has pineapple on the whole pizza, one single olive (again didn’t order olives) and a single slice of jalapeño.
Also, I didn’t get the crust I ordered.
I’m curious why I paid for extra toppings, when I didn’t receive them.
Just pure negligence tonight. Sorely disappointed.

Very disappointed, usually great service this time was horrible. Arrived at the store to pickup an order and was told the order was not even in the oven yet. The on-line tracker showed order ready(not accurate or honest). Waited additional 10 minutes for order then when I open the box the slices are way off, the crust was wafer thin on one side and bulging on the other. You need to do better if you want any more business. Why have a tracker if the workers are not making orders? Do better.
