Overall the bagels are well made, the service is almost always pleasant and efficient and the place is clean, well managed and kept. The problem is those of us who remember when a bagel with cream cheese used to cost 99 cents or less, also remember how the bagel was huge and came with a ton of cream cheese. Nowadays, a bagel with cream cheese is $3.30, has shrunk significantly and comes with practically no cream cheese. The portion needs to be adjusted to reflect the price. Not suggesting they should lower their prices, it’s understandable that the cost of everything has gone up and the sale price of the final product has to reflect that. But to raise prices and at the same time reduce portion size seems a little disingenuous. Maybe the store should be renamed Einstein Bros Mini Bagels.

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Rocky River is one of my favorite go-to spots for a quick, satisfying breakfast or lunch. The bagels are always fresh, and they have a great variety of options to choose from. I really enjoy their breakfast sandwiches—especially the All-Nighter—and their coffee is consistently good.
The staff is friendly and efficient, even when the place gets busy. Service is quick, and the space is clean and comfortable if you want to sit and eat for a bit. It’s also super convenient if you’re just grabbing something on the go.
They also offer catering options, which is great to keep in mind for group gatherings or meetings. All around, it’s a solid experience every time I visit. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and need something delicious and fast.

We went back to this location this morning because we wanted bagels. And I believe Einstein Brothers is the only place that has a cranberry bagel. Or a cranberry bagel that is that delicious. We ordered online and service was quick by the time we got to to the store.
Our order consisted of the maple French toast, which is very good, really doesn’t need the cream cheese. The cranberry. The pretzel. And the asiago cheese.. all are very delicious. And the staff is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back.

Always clean, staff is usually nice. I marked service 4 starts because some staff members are not ideal to have representing a company and our order is usually wrong. They are always nice about fixing it and correct the error.

Prices are outrageous. I bought 1/2 dozen bagels for $18. Breakfast bagel sandwiches $8. Chocolate shake was awful, and they were rude to customers. I normally give great reviews, but they are gouging customers.

Ordered two bagel sandwiches online. I expected them to be toasted as it looks in the picture – also there is no where to give the option of toasted when ordering online. So the egg and sausage bagel sandwich was cold and the bagel was raw/untoasted. Pretty disappointed but the coffee was good
