Tacos were Good!
But the compliment to tacos is a great salsa, and their salsa was not fresh or good, limes were old also.
Agua de Pepino was delish! Baked potato was well cooked, but too much butter.

My husband found this place on social media and highly recommended. It was just ok. The quesobirria was better than anything else we ordered. The place is not very big but the people behind the counter were pleasant. I was not impressed with flavors or choices other than the big baked potato stuffed with your meat option. That’s a bit more different than most Mexican restaurants.

I really enjoyed this place. Went with some coworkers for lunch and everyone enjoyed what they got. Several folks got the quesadillas. I got the quesadilla especial. The papa Asad is gargantuan. Priced really well. Nice 90s dance music and chill atmosphere. The host was super cordial and answered questions about the menu and made suggestions. The hirchata was especially good. I’ll definitely be back.

I have no idea how this place doesn’t have 5 stars across the board. BEST tacos I’ve had in Denver, or Colorado, period. Service is fast and polite. Clean. Music is on point. Love this place!! Ribeye, pollo, camaron with the sriracha sauce – insanely delicious if you’re craving authentic tacos and chips and guac.

I’ve not tried everything on the menu but when it comes to the tacos..they’re flavorful, fresh, and filling. Quantity of protein is more than what one might expect and an array of salsas to choose from. Great value! The temperature for dining inside is a little chilly and parking can be a challenge.

This is an absolutely amazing restaurant for our community. It started with some of the most amazing staff. Everyone from the front counter and bar to the back of the house are so friendly and showing they truly do care about the experience given to us the customers. They are great about explaining their food with alway great recommendations.
They are a counter order style restaurant. You find a seat and the food come quickly with a nice toppings bar to customize their amazing canvas of options. I have had probably half the menu and would order again. Full service bar so plan on hanging out for a bit.
This will continue to be on of my favorite spots in town. Thank you to Cabrón Cabrón staff for the great experience every time I come in.

Ok I really don’t want to write review because it’s my favorite place to go for amazing tacos and environment but I want to share this place with people who will appreciate it as much as I do! I drive to Denver once a no the and make this my first stop! The tacos are authentic and made fresh to order. The smells are undeniable and the staff are so amazing and helpful. They are truly the best part of the experience! I live the variety of tacos and the salsa bar is ready for all to enjoy you own level of heat. The drinks are amazing and sometimes to beautiful to drink but I know they tats good so I always dig in.

Nice spot to go to. Tacos aren’t bad and the service is awesome. The food could be a bit better but again it isn’t bad food. I would wish I little more flavor from the meat. The drinks were great I had el burro which is a mezcal drink and a melon juice drink. They have a salsa bar with lots of options for you to pick from. I did not like the esquite tho it was too salty and kind of soupy I guess from the butter. Parking is limited since it’s in the city.
