Too busy. Too many customers. Overwhelmed staff. Please open more locations. I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for my order for no reason because the teenager on the front register was so stressed out and overwhelmed he lost track of my order. I don’t blame him, I blame corporate. Open more locations. Shelbyville is growing quickly. That one tiny store is very easily overwhelmed during rush hour.

Ordered online delivery on 07/06/2025.
I took a bite of my pizza and realized it had NO SAUCE on it. Not on our cheese pizzas hardly, not ANY on our pepperoni pizzas. I took photos for proof. I am livid. I will be getting my money back. I’m calling first thing in the morning!

Food is a hit or miss. Sometimes good, more often not. But the thing that really grinds my gears is they NEVER have Hot N’ Ready pizzas available during the time frame they are supposed to be available. I’ve been here on different days of the week during the rush and towards the end and I always have to wait.
Update 1: came back as I was passing by and hungry. Two people waiting for food and ZERO hot n’ ready. HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE PIZZAS READY!?!

“THIS HAPPENS MORE THAN YOU THINK!” The last few times I ordered DoorDash from this location I did not receive my entire order. I finally called this evening to try and get a refund after my Dasher told me they did not give her my complete order. The employee tried to blame her at first, but I continued arguing and he finally admitted that “this happens more than you think.” He went on to explain that their “pickup door system is confusing” so delivery workers often don’t see entire orders and leave some behind. I asked for a refund again after he admitted fault, but he refused, placing the blame on DoorDash drivers again. I tried to explain to him that no other restaurant in the area has this problem but he couldn’t seem to grasp my point and still refused to help in any way. If you know your system is confusing and you have a recurring problem with deliveries, try to solve the problem instead of scamming your customers. I live locally but just started eating here a few months ago thru DoorDash, but not anymore. Literally any other pizza place in town is better, this is the only one that doesn’t care if their customers actually get the food they paid for.

Was told 7 minutes wait. Took them almost 30 minutes I sat patiently and watch them give me order out out twice to the people directly behind me. Never going back to this one. They are very rude here as well. Oh and my pizza was cold.

Ordered online 14 minutes before I arrived at the location… and waited about 10 minutes before they asked me my name (nobody was around and nobody was waiting) they didn’t start making my order until I got to the store…. Why offer an online option or even have a door bell if you don’t pay attention to the things

I’m from out of town. I walked in. Carlos didn’t speak. Walked away as I was placing my order. Didn’t say thank you. As I sat there waiting on my order. He was handing another customer their order and didn’t say a word to him. It cost NOTHING to say how can I help you or have a nice day. I will NOT be back.

Usually pretty good but this time I ordered the Supreme. It basically was a pepperoni pizza with green peppers and onions thrown on top. They were cold and not cooked. Just raw vegetables sitting on top like an afterthought. Not good at all

I stopped by Little Caesars in Shelbyville, KY, and had a great experience. The location is conveniently situated with plenty of parking, making it an easy stop whether you’re picking up a quick dinner or grabbing a snack. The store is clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and efficient.
I ordered the famous Hot-N-Ready pizza, and it was ready in just a few minutes. The pizza was hot, fresh, and exactly what I expected—crispy crust, plenty of cheese, and the perfect amount of toppings. Little Caesars has always been a great option for a fast, affordable meal, and this location did not disappoint. I also appreciate the consistent quality of the food, which makes it a reliable choice when I’m in a hurry.
The service was quick, and the staff ensured my order was prepared correctly. I’ve also noticed they often have promotions and value deals, making it a budget-friendly option compared to other pizza places in the area.
Overall, I highly recommend this Little Caesars location in Shelbyville for anyone in need of a quick, tasty, and affordable pizza.

This location in Shelbyville advertises hot and ready pizza, but every time I have went in and ordered you have a wait time of 15 minutes to 1 hour wait. The food is great but they need to take all the hot and ready off their menu, they are false advertising.
