I ordered on door dash, my sandwich was open (poorly wrapped) and in an open bag. There wasn’t tape on anything. It felt not the safest, no way for me to know the food wasn’t tampered with. I called the store and the manager said verbatim “don’t know what to tell ya, you can bring it back in. If you can’t do that, there’s nothing else I can do about it. Have a nice day” and hung up. I tried to ask if they could take my name down, and she refused. When I asked why there wasn’t tape she replied “we must have been in a hurry”

She was incredibly rude, unwilling to help. It was incredibly frustrating. She shouldn’t be a manager if she can’t help solve the customers problem

Everyone here is so rude. Plus they over charged me for a sandwich that I never get over charged for at any other subway in town. When I went in (nicely) to ask about it, the girl was still so hateful and never once apologized for the confusion or anything. Never going back to this location

Mind you, I asked for a turkey italiano. Which is no longer on the menu. Everywhere else just treats it like a BMT but turkey instead of ham. She also never once mentioned the upcharge. $17 meal turned into $23 is wild

The younger worker was friendly but the other really wasn’t. The toaster is apparently up too high because the bread was crumbling and breaking apart. And they were really stingy on the toppings, barely putting any of each on, even after asking them to put on more.

I ordered online, and they had one person working the orders while the other wasn’t helping the line the lady had. I watched them make my order set it aside, walk back in the back for a while then looked at the receipt, then walked to the window even looked out twice before ever acknowledging my presence. So my food sat on the counter for probably 2-3minutes before I was ever acknowledged.

It’s Important To Say! We just got the most fresh, best built to order foot long Subway Sandwiches ever! Subway is a family favorite, but usually someone has something not quite right or something goes on and that’s life. TONIGHT all four sandwiches were perfect and delicious beyond expectation! Our order was ready on time, the customer service was EXCELLENT! Great start to our Memorial Day Weekend! Thank You Subway!!!!!!

Went to subway last night 30 min before closing. Has put mobile order in.
All sandwiches was messed up.
Meatball sub has very little meat and maybe a teaspoon of sauce no cheese.
Ordered turkey and ham didn’t get the veggies or sauce I asked for.
Ordered rotisserie chicken. Got different kind chicken no tomatoes no onion no sauce. And meat was very little and hard as rock.
Called up there guy refused to re make it.
Called today a manager was post to call me back so we shall see what happens.
