I like lots of items from Dunkin donuts. I visited this place on my way back home. The order was taken quickly and service was very fast. I took coffee and my wife liked the Mango smoothie of Dunkin. The store was well maintained.

The last couple of months when I have ordered my order comes out wrong. I ordered a large tea just cream and one bag, I got large black tea with 2 bags. This morning I ordered bagel not toasted and got bagel toasted. I am getting tired if getting the wrong stuff. When I get to work and see it is wrong, I can’t go back and complain. Please talk to the staff to make sure they really pay attention. It wasn’t busy when I went through today.

The music is so loud and the employees feel its okay to take personal calls and talk at the top of their lungs to make it impossible to have a meeting, take a call or work while enjoying coffee. I don’t feel the need to know about others personal issues… There needs to be some boundaries and understand that work and personal time need separation. On a positive note: the coffee is well made, it’s above average clean inside and it’s very organized.

The app shows this Dunkin as open till 10p. I ordered 3lbs of coffee in the app “on the go” order & submitted payment. Got there at 9:21p & they were closed & cleaning up. The sign there does show that they close at 9:30p. They said they couldn’t give me my order even though I was there before closing. Now I have to call in morning to get it fixed/refunded. Not to mention, don’t have the coffee I went out of my way for.

I’ve seen these young girls who work afternoons not pay attention to customers, give away free food to their friends all dumb things I don’t care about but it’s annoying. Went through drive thru and my coffee was made wrong, not a big deal. Turned around and went back to get it remade. These young girls who work there are no where to be found but yet have a store with 5 teens in it. All probably eating free food. I wait a couple minutes then say “hello?” Some big broad who clearly doesn’t work there but yet is taking up all of the counter space by laying over it tells me “oh, they’re in the bathroom.” Ummm what? Where they do that at? This store is a joke and I hope the management catches on, watches the tapes and fires these broads.
