I’ve been coming here since it was at the location beside Little Caesars. Tonight I came in around 10:30 PM and the employee accused me of coming in “3 or 4 times.” I had come in around 1:30 PM to buy a fifth of whiskey for my father and I got four 99 brand shots for myself. Tell me, if I had been in “3 or 4 times,” wouldn’t I be crawling to the counter? Any time that I drink no matter how little, I am not STUPID enough to get behind the wheel, which he was accusing me of. He was polite but condescending. Apparently he had a DUI of his own which I didn’t care to know? It was extremely embarrassing especially considering I wasn’t driving. I even offered to let him see that I was not the driver. Anyway, he sold it to me. I think he was just having a bad day and decided to take it out on someone. There’s 3 different liquor stores I can go to and I’m thinking this one just isn’t it for me anymore after this incident.

Was ridiculous honestly. We were there almost 2 hours before closing time, they already have one cook station down, there were four customers waiting on steak. There was two seating sections closed down wish list four booths and two small tables, acted like we were an inconvenience just being there. The manager that was there LOVES to run in the back and not help when it gets busy, (SEEN IT MORE THEN MANY TIMES) food was stale, and just not what it use to be.

Way to leave your open sign on when you have a sign on the door that says you can’t be open on Thanksgiving. Was it so hard to turn the light off so there weren’t multiple cars pulling into the park lot and people walking to the door to find it locked?

Prices are a little higher than our go to in Johnson City, but do like shopping locally. Customer service was great. They were out of a product we like but substituted another. Products are well labeled and categorized. We’ll be back.

best enjoy store visit. help was the best i had here in Tennessee. got my favorite whiskey that i cannot find in my hometown. i visit again as i travlling home from VA. gave my bottle to a friend. who loved it best he had. I get it him a bottle again next time.
